No exact time but we have to know, when bitcoin price is spiking altcoins is really not reccomended to buy because it might always be down due to bitcoin's movement.

And it does not mean that they are centralized coins, they are bad. There are coins in the top 20 before that does not belong in the top 20 now.
That's right nobody can tell where crypto altcoins came from the top list when be goes into and aome not belong in the top 20"it's because that is normal for crypti volatile fluctuations. So no need yo worry about altcoins is moving on and of from the top liat depend on the demands.

Oh, it's a good time because it's cheap? But development is weakening? That doesn't sound like a good time to buy.
Buy when fundamentals and development are improving. Don't be influenced by price.

Because altcoins are pegged to the bitcoin and that's normal to see that if they are discussing the bitcoin. I have prepared some money to invest in the altcoin and waiting for another bottom again. However, it's not correct to panic and dump your altcoins especially if you still believe that the team is still actively developing it, maybe the time has not come yet for altcoins to move its usual positive movement, but eventually it will arrive, so it's future is not blurry.

They moving slowly but we cant tell on when gonna said them a bull for the altcoins, It has been long time some altcoins are sleep for months and years. And that's true we need to make search about the history and development of the altcoins that we need to invest so that we can be sure if the altcoins we invest are have some potential or a future of it. Well it depend also from the investor to buy bitcoin from a dip price, But ill think it will gonna be buy for that price of BTC. but when you see bitcoin go down, surely many investors will choose to buy bitcoin from altcoin.
