You're right, it is in our part who are willing to invest the market. Even though we are in the bull run but still we can make gain if we play the market well.
But it is more preferable to buy any coins in the market during bear season as the price is low which we can possible run into x2 once the market turn into bullish just like now.

I disagree completely, this is what causes so many people to get scammed, they think that as long as they get profits out of a coin then everything is fine but what about all of the people that lose all their money because they decided to invest in a scam project as well? How will you feel if you are one of the unfortunate ones that end up holding useless coins? Invest only in projects that are good and that have dedicated developers that care about the community and not only about filling their pockets with money.

Investing in shitcoin is a big risk since like you said, it looks dead, however some people are still buying as it happen in the past that shitcoins also pump.
Maybe they think they can spend a spare of $100 usd in a shitcoin and if that grow x10, that would be instant money, they'll never loss the value since it's already been dump many times and as long as there's a volume, there's a chance buyers might notice this one in the future.

I feel anytime is good for investing in Altcoin as long as you are prepared. The major part is to ensure that you divide up your investment, it is a huge mistake to go for one particular option. So this is where and why it is so vital that we go multiple options not just for safety but also to increase our profitability chances.
