Considering the market is performing well and optimism is high it shouldn't be too long before alt-season arrives if Bitcoin can maintain its value and increase its appeal to more professional and institutional investors there should be more demand for top quality alternatives very soon
Altcoins are on the lowest numbers since 2017, especiall NEO or Ethereum. But maybe another fall is coming and altcoins will be even more cheaper!
At this moment of writing, everything has changed, so far we are experiencing some sorts of bullrun to the top coins, and some ALTS also changed, they are more cheaper and the others have greater value than before. Some ALTS are good to buy right now, especially BNB this is my first choice, although the price is a bit higher, but its good for long term for me.
I think investing altcoins presently is an opportunity while its value is not too expensive and purchase when it is satisfying. So, grab now but choose with high potential and viable in the mere future.
Still, it is the right time to invest in potential altcoins because already the price of Bitcoin has increased which seems to be very bullish. Now it is the right time to enter into the altcoins because once the price of Bitcoin stable then the altcoin rally will start increasing their prices.

It is not that now is the best time to invest into altcoin because any time would do. But investing at a low price and selling at a high price is still the best option you have if you want to have a great income.
