I feel sorry for you guys not leaving this scam at time... Good luck to all of you still in... Really hope you will get something from it but Kris and his team are the biggest scammers I have seen on the market with all lies and false promises...
wow now visa working with biggest scammers ? what a world to be live right ?
for those who don't know it yet, Monaco card already has green light from visa you can get your card if you a Singapore resident, japan korea is coming soon I really looking forward to see card rollout in Europe because it definitely gonna be HUGE
If you read the last several pages, you would know what the majority are talking about. This project was backed by major investors who put in money because of the interest from what was written on the whitepaper.
MCO now will not follow through one of the major points in the whitepaper that was attractive to investors and MCO get's to keep all the revenue. If you were an investor and you we're promised a cut from the revenue and the company changed their mind and said they won't share the revenue, would you still keep your investment?
Yes, I agree that the lack of trust in MCO and Kris is problem. First quick, sudden ICO, then leak of VISA picture cards, then missing a lot of deadlines, and now changing this asset contract thing... the lost trust is very hard to regain..especially by people who experienced it more than once,
On the other hand, I believe that most of the moves of Kris were correct at the given situation... he got VISA program manager thing as the only until now, with great rates compared to competition (direct without intermediary), by omitting asset contract he secured the tokens will not be delisted (I am lawyer and I know that cryptoworld will be(is already in fact) subject of extensive regulation in big countries. When this happens soon in USA
https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/hong-kong-exchange-gatecoin-will-delist-securities-ico-tokens/it will be very interesting..
It is truth that they promised asset contracts in whitepaper at it is very bad that they will not fulfill it..On the other hand, they did not promise such great cashback rates, and they are giving it now.. You did not get what was promised to you, but you get something else what was not promised...
The only thing that I am not sure is the way that 1 % by asset contracts should have been counted (the way trumpc2016 showed, or the other , much more profitable way), it depends on the interpretation, but the difference of scheduled amount is enormous..
In the long term, I believe MCO will be ok, but the problem is that this lack of trust (and believe that after 6 months the price of MCO token won't be much lower) will have negative influence on the number of reserved and taken cards..and will make it adoption process all much slower..unless many other tokens delist in 2-3 months..and MCO stays...
In therms of legal fundamentals, Monaco has now the advantage (Direct VISA program, more autonomy and best rates), but the competition is not sleeping..so it will be very interesting..I believe there is place for 2-3 main players in this area..not more. But, basic thing is: everything goes or falls on the number of people willing to take (platinum) card.. There are around 10000 of us at the moment who have some significant amount of MCO.. the big question is acceptance in general public.. if Monaco is smart, they will spend a lot of money on marketing to get people who don't now anything about this negative events, delays and mistakes and lost of trust in the previous process.. to take the card!
P.S: At the moment, I am also interested to see what is in dev update 3 (crypto in every wallet dev update - part 2) and new roadmap..
