I hope this project is successful and not scam anymore, although it's normal someone will spread the FUD to make the project looks shady but from what I have seen this project is okay and gives you an unique idea (Bitcoin card) that's very rarely to seen this time, I hope they execute it very well.

This ICO is similar to the Token Card ICO. everybody investing in this should Google and see how that ended.
One question to the Dev Team, can you get VISA to confirm their relationship/partnership with you. I have not seen anything online except your claims. Last thing I want if for you to pull a Token Card on us.
I leave you with this... Right now many people are seeing an opportunity to make a quick buck and get away with canceling project's without repercussions. Remember the ICO BTC and ETH are offered and there is no regulation and therefore no one to answer to if the project does not deliver on its promise. I'm not saying that Monaco is going to do that, but there are wolves out there looking to prey on Crypto newbies with FOMO. I always advice that you read up, invest with caution and fight back the FOMO...

Maybe dev immediately prepare it because the minimum target has been reached, unless the target has not been reached then a bad idea if talking about the exchanger.

There are already exchanges but still hard to find user friendly cryptocurrencies related card services out there in market. Monaco can fill this gap by providing competitive and easy to handle service. It can reach at no.1 position in no time with quality features as sky is limit.
Why do Ico, if you can create a service for the sale of debit cards for everyone with international delivery.
They have an idea, a plan and a project but they don't have enough funding to make that happen. That's why they make an ICO. All ICO's have the same process. If you have a great idea you can collect funds and you can make that happen. If Monaco will be successful then ICO investors will be very happy both financially and mentally.

Haven't yet still have 15 days till the end of ICO so just wait and the team will inform us about this. I hope Monaco can reach Poloniex and Bittrex because these two exchanges are good.Any news of a probably upcoming one?
