Need some help in understanding the basics of NXT.
I thought that transparent mining would greatly decrease transaction time. However, average transactions of for example 100 NXT with 1 NXT fee take a few hours. To me this is slow and not VISA speed at all. Could someone clarify why the transaction time is a few hours?

NXT Asset Exchange is being released before April, right?
Yeah, the API is already being tested, should be soon.
April keeps coming up probably because of the importance of TF and I got confused there for a second.
I am rooting for the NXT Asset Exchange and nexern's client to be released by Friday!!!

Propably yes, depending which format you need.
Let's see PNG first and then decide. I would pay 1000 NXT for a version that I like and that could be used freely by anyone anywhere.
Edit: Choose other "slate" and "ivory" colors, my pics r not so cool-looking.

I hear you! I would not mind several proposals from several modellers. I think the logo is something that stays as a uniform recognisable symbol. Alternative designs and 3ds may evolve, come and go.
It also would be great to have another version for those who prefer light colors - slate-over-ivory.
