No. All these obstacles should be used to build a good algorithm for community cooperation. In April there won't be a centralized development of Nxt. U'd better cooperate as early as possible.

How about making it optional (entry in config that states "I only want to connect to peers running version xxx or higher")?

Remove all well-known peers except 78.46.63.221 and 95.85.46.233. I'll post more peers running 0.4.5 later.

I set up 0.4.6(5) an hour ago, and it seems my public node was included in the default well know address.

My local private node can connect with my public node.

Hope nxtbase upgrade all those nodes to 0.4.5.
