Download and unzip https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67242472/nxt.zip
Open nxt/webapps/root/web-INF/web.xml and put ur public IP into "myAddress" parameter
Go back to the folder with start.jar and run

Code:

java -Xms4g -Xmx16g -jar start.jar

If u want to catch us faster then use https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67242472/nxtfiles.zip. blocks.nxt et al. must lay near start.jar

I understand it's a scientific interest with you, but we can affect it, if we upload the chain manually, or not?
