They only have about about 60 investors, it looks suspicious to me but it probably has some Nxt people because Anon is providing escrow. I think you will find most members here are interested in all new projects, not just this one.

Must the registration stop at 18 at all? What is the purpose? I have some that are longer than 26 chars.

It's because I want people to use this from mobile phones and so I wanted to force smaller passwords.
I think one way to solve this problem is to limit to 18 chars in the registration screen but have no limit in the password confirmation input, so if you paste a password that is too long, in the first input it will get cut, but in the confirmation input it won't and so the system will warn you that they don't match.
can't you just limit it everywhere and just cut it after 18 chars?
The problem is that then the user thinks his/her password is one, when in fact it's not... I think it's better for users to run into trouble before they register and then understand that it's 18 chars max instead of letting this pass and then potentially having issues later.

I will consider this a bug. If there is limit of 18 char, don't let the user just enter longer password.
It seems it could be indeed the password length. You can't enter a 24 long password in the registration screen though, it stops you at 18. But if you are copy & pasting you may not realize that.
Would it be possible to change the registration screen in such a way that it will not stop at 18, but instead stops registration with a prominent error if the password length is too long?

The solution to that problem is to just remove 18 char limit. There is no need for this. You can hash anything (longer than 18) anyway.

Did you use Windows Notepad to cut & paste? It has a reputation for fcking things up. It sometimes creates spaces, that a user might input with his control+v

Yours is 24 characters long. Too many characters.
Edit: once everything is sorted out, abandon that wallet address now that you've revealed one of your passwords.
