If you have synced BC core than its much faster to simply sign messages. If you insist on sending microtransaction then you have option (in upper part of send tab) to manually select exactly from which address to send.

True, at the highest point, 1 stake of NEM was worth over 60BTC.

But the difference is every stake in NEM had the same value, so all stakeholders were equal.

Byteball distribution rewards those with more BTC and less with those who hold few.

That is the countdown till December the 24^th 23:59:59 UTC, which is the time limit to linking. The snapshot will include the first mined bloc after December the 25^th 00:00:00 UTC, given the fact a block is mined each 10 minutes, it will be between 00:00:00 and 00:09:59 UTC I guess.

It also says that token should be configured to use keyboard 2FA, not keyCard, because keyCard is not currently implemented for signing messages

Verification by micropayment works: you just have to send back all your bitcoins to the address from which you paid the bot (make sure it is indeed your btc address before sending anything!)

send the confirmation amount first and after confirmation, send all your balance to this address!

Yes, I did it for Linux, it matches close enough, its not a reproducible build like Bitcoin or Tor yet.

I have compiled from source on linux 32 bit only the [new testnet] version.
Haven't checked for other platforms than that.

Your BTC probably has been sent to another address of your wallet (a change address). Make sure the linked address is indeed yours (you have control over it) and send your BTC back to it. If you are not sure the address you linked is yours, don't send anything to it.
