Signatures are part of Bitcoin. Short answer: it's safe.
If you think it can be cracked, this address holds 53,880.0574758 BTC ($140 million) and has signed this message.

I am new to byteball and want to get involved in free distribution phase.i hope i am not too late.I want to know why byteball is providing free coins?what's their motive?what if they somehow tricks users to sign a address which later results in somehow a signed transaction? That can happen right? I will explain my question better with a situation.
Suppose a user has 1 BTC and he signs the byteball address using his bitcoin address to prove the ownership of that address now what if the byteball address he signed is somehow an unsigned bitcoin transaction which gets signed too and so byteball team can withdraw the bitcoins? That's a possibility?

Given that Byteball's bots are so cool and the exchange bot is great but it doesn't have much liquidity, why not enhacing it though a collaboration with the upcoming system of liquidity provided by Bancor? Sooner or later I guess all cryptos will adopt Bancor's brand new system to create a reseve which makes the asset liquid agains other currencies, so why not to be one of the first ones? This could help to spread the news about Byteball and increase adoption rate.

Bancor is the biggest bullshit in crypto history: http://hackingdistributed.com/2017/06/19/bancor-is-flawed/
There is nothing more stupid than a liquidity contract whose the algorithm is public.

wow...

you lost in this forum... this is byteball thread lol

and lmao apparently you have no understanding of open-source code

also that article was rebutted and quashed

32,341+51,098= 83,439 new gb added to the one in circulation which in total will bring to 338,931 gb in circulation.
Yes that's 1/3 of all gbytes.
Yes i think in this rate we will have at least 3 more airdrops.

32,341+51,098= 84,544 new gb added to the one in circulation which in total will bring to 340,036 gb in circulation.
Yes that's 1/3 of all gbytes.
Yes i think in this rate we will have at least 4 more airdrops.

Why is the estimate of number of airdrops increasing? As more and more btc get linked, more gbytes should be distributed in this round.
If anything, the number of estimated airdrops should decrease...

My mistake.

But if we will see 100k added each round most likely we will see at least 3-4 more airdrops.

UPDATE :

535144.02557894 btc linked  which will bring approx. : 33,446 gb

and we have 255,492gb in circulation which will bring : 51,098 gb more after airdrop

So

32,341+51,098= 84,544 new gb added to the one in circulation which in total will bring to 340,036 gb in circulation.

BTC is not sold to anyone, it's only linked.
If you can prove you own a certain BTC address, then the coins in that address can be linked.
that's all, the BTC stay where they are, nobody takes them. The owners keep their BTC and also get free GByte.

You can buy GByte for BTC in exchanges though, and get more GBytes than by just linking your BTC, but obviously you would not keep your BTC that way.

you completely misunderstood my point but thanks anyway. You can buy and sell GB through the chatbot. It's actually a fantastic idea, it completely cuts out the need for exchanges. The chat bot has a built in order book. I've looked into it more but there's very little liquidity so,for now, exchanges still need to be used but it'd be fantastic to see people grow the chatbot order book rather than trade on exchanges.

It's actually an amazing idea, if all coins had their own built in order book you could create a sort of decentralized all seeing eye bot that could connect with all the individual coin bots and create a way to trade any coin at any time without ever needing an exchange.

Byteball should really push the built in order book, maybe offer a small incentive or something to stop people using exchanges.
Yes, byteball has much more to offer than an original distribution  Wink
There is a little description about the P2P trading bot
in the wiki (https://byteroll.com -> trading)
I do not know if you have already read this:

can you link more than one btc address? my electrum wallet has balances split between a few addresses.

yes ,as many as you like

or you can consolidate all your balances to 1 address if you wish

Remember that currently bitcoin fees can be much lower than what they were a month ago.
Fee calculation is not correct in many places, since they are still outdated.

Yes, you can link as much addresses as you want. You can link all BTC addresses to just one Byteball address or you can create several Byteball addresses and link every BTC address. It depends how you want to do this.
