Why does the bot asks me to do a micro payment if I already signed a address? Also, anyway to cancel one redeem process and start another one for a diffrent btc address?
You can link more than 1 BTC address.
Just paste the BTC address, and then follow instructions

Chatbot asks for a micro payment to confirm your ownership of that address which you are trying to link. You will be able to complete the process after successful transaction and there is no other way to link except buying Gbytes from exchanges and to hold them in your wallet. Simply don't send any money and it will be canceled by itself if it sees no response. You are good to go with other address of your choice. Hope this will be helpful for you to understand the mechanism how it works.

Thanks, in the end I did the micro payment, but my question was about the fact that in the beginning of the process I had two options: do a  micropayment or sign a bitcoin address. I signed the address and then I got the message that I need to do the micropayment (so what is the point of signing the BTC address?

only prove that there are people who are advanced users, we already know about their existence.

Unfortunately you are not one of them "advanced users". Id say, its not even advanced level, more on the medium Linux skills.

For MariaDB, is not even advanced skill required, only basic reading and searching skills, which unsurprisingly you also lack.

So far, what you have shown, Id put you in the "newbie" skills level. btw, running things as Administrator, while working on security testing? You have to put more effort in your FUD spreading.

I didn't think at this side of the distribution before that having Gbytes in my wallet I can get more in comparison to link bitcoin. It is not suitable time to buy this is my opinion but immediately after finishing next round will be perfect time to buy. Next round is going to be huge for me as my plan is to buy from dumpers. That will be win-win situation by all point of views.

So I'm looking at rewards for this next distribution can you guys check my math here?

I put 5 BTC in byteball wallet, that should generate:

5 x .0625 GB which is 0.0625 X 10^9 bytes?

so i would be airdropped 0.3125 GB or 312,500,000 bytes
Correct.

but if i convert the BTC into bytes and put bytes in my wallet i get double the bonus
Correct.

312,500,000 X 2 bytes or,

625,000,000 bytes?
Wrong!

You can buy about 15 GBYTE for 5 BTC now. That would get you 20% airdorp, so 3 GBYTE extra. After the airdrop you'll have 18 GBYTE and 0 BTC.
Right after the airdrop the price drops a bit again, last month just over 20%. A few weeks later (now) it's up again. It's a gamble, you can do it, you can profit from it, but there's a chance to lose too.

Do i get even more for filling my wallet with blackbytes?
No. Read the OP again how it works Smiley

I guess my question is if i fill my wallet with bytes before the airdrop do i get a better return than just linking my BTC?

Do i get even more for filling my wallet with blackbytes?

No, I think your math is wrong, or I didn't get what you were trying to say:

The first part is correct, you get 0.3125 GB for linking 5 BTC (You don't put them in the byteball wallet, you just talk to the bot and link it by signing a message)
If you buy GByte with your BTC (5 BTC), you will have, at current price, around 15 GBytes.
Then you put those 15 GBytes in your wallet, and in July 9th you will get 15 GB x 1.2 = 18. You will get 3 GBytes for free (and 6 Black GBytes, I think)
If you keep those GBytes there, then the next round you will have 21.6, and the next one 25.92, and the next one 31.104....

This is good only if your objective is to get as many GBytes as possible. But some people prefer to link their BTC because this way they don't lose them, and don't sell them, and don't risk them, they just stay in their Bitcoin wallet.

So if my calculation are right we have :

504928.00786310 btc linked  which will bring approx. : 31,558 gb

and we have 255,492gb in circulation which will bring : 51,098 gb more after airdrop

So

31,558+51,098= 82,656 new gb added to the one in circulation which in total will bring to 338,148 gb in circulation.

Yes that's 1/3 of all gbytes.

Yes i think in this rate we will have at least 3 more airdrops
.

The BTC > GB ratio should be decreased in the august airdrop, imo. Too high price, too many BTC linked.

1. Many people have already run "the entire DB" from memory, a colleague is running a hub from memory only without ever even touching the SSDs. Of course, for you CfB, doing this is out of your league.

No such option in https://github.com/byteball/headless-byteball/wiki/Running-RPC-service, anecdotal cases only prove that there are people who are advanced users, we already know about their existence.

2. MariaDB has been used by at least 2 other people.

No such option in https://github.com/byteball/headless-byteball/wiki/Running-RPC-service, anecdotal cases only prove that there are people who are advanced users, we already know about their existence. (BTW, you seem to be unaware of existence of SQL dialects...)

3. So you havent even looked at which indexes already exist, to offer any meaningful advice than "ah you use SQL, have you tried denormalizing it".

You see no difference between indexing and denormalization. I'm not surprised, I've never believed your words that you are a developer anyway.

hi

I sell my BB-->28gbb to 1.4 gb

in more i want borrowed gb for next round..for all 0.2gb and 0.4gbb i receive each round i will give 0.02 new gb and 0.04 gbb of my balance until end of distrib(minimum than i borrow 10gb)..if someone are interested pm me for more détails.

edit: above to 100gb borrowed i give 0.05 gb for all 0.2gb i receive and 0.1gbb..0.1gb and 0.2gbb above 500gb each round for just one round of borrow.

i'm serious isnt scam or joking.

why would i lend to you? you get 0.2gb for each 1gb linked. then you give me 0.02gb for each 1gb i lend you. why dont i keep my 1gb and keep 0.2gb. you trying to take advantage of people.

This isn't an donation its lending.. yu are paid for this service..yu will made a profit at each round for only one borrow round.

if you make a tonne of gb in lend then sell it all you give them 0.05 and have no gb for further rounds. if you get no more you owe no more. sounds scammy. id rather hold my own and get 0.2 each round compounded. you're making it sound good but its not.

it's precisely the opposite..i not interest of sell my part if i want participat at other round..in more i accept escrow so i will just receive my part and paid interest for each round at lenders.

its still a shitty deal. your aim is to borrow and make more than you return. lending. results in more being returned to lender. your aim is to get more gb than you give back else its not beneficial to you. giving more back is negative and nobody would do that. if you think otherwise show maths for 3 rounds with what you borrow and what they get back as opposed to them just holding.

i discourage others from lending. they will earn more by holding and getting the bonus themselves rather than lend to you.

you have 28gbb so likely have 8-12gb. anyone with large sums > 100gb would be insane to take your deal.

Is there any statistics showing the progress in BTCs linking from round to round? Is the linking rising constantly evert month or is is accelerating or slowing down? I remember time ago 2% of BTCs where linked. How many now?
