Such a great hacker wow, much amazed.

Not that great, I'm still having problems, let's rehash them:

1. RPC-enabled version wasn't running and I had to comment out the code explicitly making it halt.
2. DB size growth stopped after 5 days of increasing. It reached 5 GiB, just like others reported, but "latest mci" number was 228k instead of 664k.
3. I relaunched the software and now it's showing "queued jobs: [], locked keys: []" non-stop 12 hours straight.

Before I re-run syncing from scratch let's try one trick...

Could someone upload and share his fully-synced DB files (if this doesn't leak sensitive info)?

When is next airdrop for Byteball?

   July 9, 2017 at 04:07 UTC

Beware of change addresses in your BTC wallet AND in your byteball wallet for the next distribution round!
Byteball distribution companion helps you.

          Is you address properly linked?
Is your linked BTC balance what you expected?
Are all your bytes on your byteball linked address?
          How much will you receive?

+Bookmark. Once distribution has started you can follow in near real time when bytes arrive in your wallet. Enjoy!
do we have an explorer for blackbyte?

thank you

There cant' be any BlackByte explorer: they are anonymous by design.

My byteball holdings will surpass my bitcoin holdings in terms of fiat value after the coming airdrop. And I didn't buy any GB. All bytes I posses I received just by linking btc. This is incredible.

Wow. Do you think it'll be possible to earn a "significant" number of bytes during this airdrop with a bitcoin balance of < 1BTC?  Grin

1btc gives 62.5mb or 0.0625GB. if you used that 1 btc to buy GB you'd get approx 2.5GB which would give 0.5GB on airdrop so no 1btc wont give much. invest wisely deciding yourselfbut there is no easy cheap road to riches.

Interesting. I was talking about less than 1BTC though. For example, something like 0.01BTC

62.5MB or 0.0625GB per 1btc
200MB or 0.2GB for each 1GB held on an address

do your proportions for smaller amounts. if it was possible to get lots with a small amount then big amounts would make insane amounts. no such thing as small amounts big rewards. in btc yes but that was over years of holding. money has to come from somewhere. everyone cant be rich. for you to make $100 someone has to spend/lose $100.
Not necessarily a loss if there is something of value being generated. The planet is abundant in resources and possibilities...

crypto is cash in cash terms if you buy at $100 then it drops and you have to now spend $200 in crypto for a $100 item its a loss.
It depends. You have to factor inflation into that. In countries like Venezuela, where this is more than 1000% a year, you could not be at a loss going back to fiat

Are there plans to actually make holding blackbyte worth it? Right now it just seems semiworthless.

After installing, click this link to receive free bytes to play with.-

Link doesn´t works.-

This link?
byteball:[email protected]/bb#0000

Is this still available? It just sends me to a blank page with the text "Upgrade Required" in Chrome.

that was testnet. its not free coins for live.

Self made HODLER ✓
I have just checked Byteball price ($929) and I am lol'ing. Very glad I decided to hold 100%. So much for "free" coins.

At this rate of growth it will be 1:1 with Bitcoin in two or three additional rounds.

hi

I sell my BB-->28gbb to 1.4 gb

in more i want borrowed gb for next round..for all 0.2gb and 0.4gbb i receive each round i will give 0.02 new gb and 0.04 gbb of my balance until end of distrib(minimum than i borrow 10gb)..if someone are interested pm me for more détails.

edit: above to 100gb borrowed i give 0.05 gb for all 0.2gb i receive and 0.1gbb..0.1gb and 0.2gbb above 500gb each round for just one round of borrow.

i'm serious isnt scam or joking.

why would i lend to you? you get 0.2gb for each 1gb linked. then you give me 0.02gb for each 1gb i lend you. why dont i keep my 1gb and keep 0.2gb. you trying to take advantage of people.

Tech support for old grandmothers does not belong in this thread.

But anyway, you first check, and double-check that your computer has all the cables attached, back in the day people called it wires, look for those, they are many all should be attached. Also tell your dog to stop running around your computer when you are trying to computer.

I know that you are not interested in helping me because you will lose then, I hope someone else will help...
Such a great hacker wow, much amazed. Took you long enough to find the Byteball source-code, an open-source project.

CfB: "hur durr Ima gonna hack your coin, Eclipse Attacks, Sybils, storage, theory of compression! Test it! not a real dag like mine *cries in belarussian* "

A month later, "how do I even turn this on, pls halp".  Cheesy

I think this is not very wise, you could buy gbyte with all your btc and you would have a better ratio in the aidrop, since 5 gbyte = 1 gbyte...

that's a really, really, really not wise idea.

better to stay diverse.
