Distribution forecast (just an example)
Disclaimer: not officially - please calculate by yourself..
I have calculated very conservatively. Looking at these facts:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18788829
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.19460559
there may also be explosive growth (much more linked BTC).

P.S. You can now safely move your bytes and BTC out of the linked addresses.
Why people are so prone to withdraw their Bitcoins out of their linked address ?
What do they do with their Bitcoins between 2 GBYTE free distributions ?

I keep mine in cold storage. I didn't know how to sign a message from cold storage but I'm figuring it out for next time. I'd suggest others dothe same if they're in the same boat as me!

JUST GOT SOME BYTES

I signed from Trezor. Was suprisingly easy.

transition bot always takes rest for a few days after the distribution done, come on wake up and do the distribution now!

It's not the transition bot that does the distro, so we're all good.

Suggestion to Tony.... Just tell everyone the distro happens up to 24 hours after, so that we can stop with every pond skimmer asking the same damn question about when they get their free money.

They're in a hurry to pay back the people they borrowed them from.  Heh.

Payment: 25005178 bytes
Payment: 25005178 bytes

(yes, twice) I should still get it a few more times (hopefully)

This is the question what makes me wonder as well. Why all this desperation to release their Bitcoins ? I always raise little by little whenever is possible and let them attached there unless I need to buy or liquidate some Bitcoins to pay for somethings. I don't touch my bytes these are for long term. People can let their money into there wallets but it is like these must be unattached immediately.

After a lot of hard work, the transition bot will now take some rest

It's seat will be taken by the distribution bot.

After what block exactly? I moved few blocks after 470514. Is it ok?

I've linked my Ledger Nano S and it had more than 5 BTC but transition bot displays following message:
Quote
Current balance of this address is 4.80516237 BTC.

Any ideas to fix this issue?

Without more details, we can't help; however, I am almost certainly sure that.....
Your wallet may have 5BTC in it; however, the specific address you signed with only has 4.80516237 while another address or addresses have the remainder.

Since you gave us the amount, we can see your BTC address is:  1EG4DNSQB9QsucVcBhKQGaNaUqPLnHhGFT

Looking at blockchain.info, I can see:
https://blockchain.info/address/1EG4DNSQB9QsucVcBhKQGaNaUqPLnHhGFT

The number reported is correct.  You don't have 5+ in it.  You have 4.80xxx
You probably have your Bitcoin in 2 or more addresses in your Ledger but you linked only one.
Th amount in the GBYTE distro sheet is the amount of the address : look for others addresses in your Ledger.

So if I get this correct this is essentially free money. Like a form of spin off or dividend in a tradional stock sense. If so why aren't more people participating? What is the catch?

How many more distributuions will there be? Are they always the same amount? What does the distribution graph look like?

Unfortunately, many people are too busy buying hot air ICOs and daytrading memecoins. Byteball is a gem that will grow big.. check out the Byteball whitepaper, check out the Byteball Bots, check out the professional development and judge for yourself.

The Byteball rolls and grows...
