I'm apparently an idiot, I can't get it to work.

a) Only P2PKH addresses are supported

is the error I get when I add my electrum address to the chatbot

b) in Electrum, when I try to sign the address, no signature is generated. Using 2.7.12

c) I thought I'd just pay, but it wasn't accepted as it is a dust payment...

Hi guys, for the air drop, once the txn is signed and entered, thats it rite ?

Now to just wait for it ?

You can check that it worked here:
https://byteball.fr/BBdistribution.php
(it will also tell you exactly how much you'll get)

if it didn't work, check the steps again. I made a small guide here:

Hello guys! I am totaly new here.
If I try to sign my Byteball address I see this message:

And if I try to prove my BTC address by paying 0.000865 I see this:

Please help me!
The bitcoin addresses beginning with 3 are problematic. Do you have another one which begins with 1?

The tx you tried to send to prove ownership/link, is too small - try to increase the amount sent.

I have only with 3 Sad

I tried to sent 0.01 instead of 0.000865 and got this message:

The Protocol for the Audience Economy
Hello,

I had two questions:

- I have downloaded the android wallet, do i need to do anything further to be part of the distribution?
- I have some BTC which i want to use to collect byteball. How do i do that?

Cheers!

U need to read OP (1st post on the 1st page on this tread), at least the  "Participation in Byteball distribution" section

Blackbytes are stored locally. You have to copy to the config folder of the computer with blackbytes to the other one, then you have blackbytes on both.

Btw: Less then 24hrs to airdrop! Go Byteball!

A bit related, but does the full backup option save the black bytes too?
If I do a full backup, then get more black bytes, but don't update my backup, are my black bytes still there?
Do I have to keep an updated backup somehow?

One question...

I have two computer and I share one byteball account in both computers... I can share my Gb without problem but I can't see my blackbites... I have an amount of blackbites in one computer but the same account in the other computer said that I have 0 Blackbites...

Any ideas?

PS: I have the latest Byteball wallet installed.

This is one of the few serious projects in the altcoin space, looking forward to the next round distribution.

Yeah and this project isn't a promise, it's a working software !
The most differentiating fact from the rest of coins.

Freefactomizer, another question: why is the bot not also sending money to that smart contract? Or why doesn't it appear in the screenshot of the smart contract that it does?

The payment from bot appears in the chat, you can check that the smart address is pre-funded by going back to wallet home to look at the smart wallet balance.

I'm glad to introduce the Snail Coin Toss

It's a 51/49 coin toss that you can play directly with a bot, it doesn't require your trust since a smart-contract is used.

...

Is this open source?

No but you can find tutorial and code of others bot there: https://github.com/byteball/byteballcore/wiki/Writing-chatbots-for-Byteball
