Tried installing windows wallet but had to quit because my OS is a 32 bit one meanwhile the only windows wallet available is for 64 bit OS: anyone knows how could I solve this problem?

bump:

I updated to latest version and it's showing an incorrect balance and both bots aren't communicating with me, both giving me this error...
"Error: Socket Closed"

Any idea what I should do to fix this?

Byteball is traded agains bitcoin therefore because of rising btc, byteball price needs to fall to stay the same in terms of fiat Smiley

that's not the reason.

take a look at the other cryptos.
allmost all have fall cause btc rise. People are buying  to link their btc addresses with byteball ones   Smiley

pretty false statement.

here are the first 15 and there is no huge big falling:

In fact not false. I was saying about momentous fall relevant to btc but you refer to the evarage figures in $. Me is  a trader knowing  what saying Smiley

Need some tech assistance here, please Smiley

I was out of town, away from my crypto pc, for a couple weeks and upon returning, I attempted to get my WIN64 full client up to speed, but have run into some roadblocks.

Not knowing there had been any new client releases, I first tried to sync my client on v1.7.1, but it errored out and closed at 60% sync. I then checked for updates and downloaded v1.8.2, but I still have not been able to sync on this latest release. The furthest I've seen it go is about 30%, but on 1.8.2 it just crashes without giving an error of any sort.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don't know if it would work but I would try:
1. create a new windows user profile
2. install a light wallet
3. copy app files from the old full wallet installation to a new light wallet folder

Do these crashes happen systematically?

Light wallet's files and full wallet's files do not have the same structure so I'm afraid 3. won't work.

If you don't have blackbytes, one option (if it keeps crashing) is to try recovering using your seed on another wallet (it could be full or light).

Kinda weird.....I tried between five and ten times to sync 1.8.2 yesterday and every time it crashed and closed with no error message. Before attempting to delete any files and start fresh today, I went ahead and opened my full client for shits and giggles; it just completed a full sync with no problems. Not sure how to explain this outcome, but it appears I'm good to go Undecided Smiley

EDIT: Four hrs later and still golden Grin!! I'd be curious to know your opinion @tonych

Depends on what you price in, change from USD to BTC and it will look much worse. Because BTC rises, most alts $ average won't show a big decrease, but I don't price in $, I price everything in BTC

Syncing problems are reported by more and more users. I think it should be looked at by tonych carefully if full wallet is still stable after DAG database rose to a few GB.
