[...] try nothing for the mass adoption, [...]
Oh, I do the only right thing for it: I point out what is necessary for distribution and acceptance.
It should be implemented by those who can do it.

The Hardcore-Sectarians ignore this naturally gladly, finally only the word of their Gurus applies.

Therefore it is all the more important to point out the bottlenecks again and again.

Let's say you are a bakery owner and you need to invest in new oven, you tokenize some future breads you are going to produce as assets, you sell them with a discount to your usual customers and you promise to release n breads a day against the assets.
1) bakery owner use byterbal:
- bakery owner issue a tokens.
- customers register on crypto exchange, deposit dollars, buy bitcoins, withdraw btc to another exchange, buy balls, download byterbal wallet, withdraw balls to wallet. Fees + spread + work + study.
- customers exchange balls to tokens.
- bakery owner send balls to exchange, buy bitcoins, withdraw btc to another exchange, buy dollars, withdraw dollars. Fees + spread + work + study.
Done.
2) bakery owner use excel and paper flyers:
- bakery owner print a tokens.
- customers buy tokens with fiat.
Done.

No, he can sell token for fiat like in your old school method.

Hi altcoinb,
I seriously like this idea ! Printing smart voucher flyers and then distribute it :-)
Hardly anyone, as long as the price is so low, will pay with Bites or even Blackbites, which you first had to buy laboriously.
And if the price rises, nobody pays with crypto anyway if they don't have to.

And what should the merchant do with the Bites? To switch to Fiat in an awkward way? Why would he want to do that?

No, dear ones.
Regulated trade relies on Fiat.
Unregulated trade uses Crypto.

The crypto world is a niche, so focus on that niche and don't get bogged down in mischief.
Yes you say the truth. Crypto / Byteball is only for nerds,
nobody likes to get presents, try nothing for the mass adoption,
shutdown the computer and jump from the window.
So you can invite only the crypto incest club here of bitcointalk  Kiss

It is tonys baby and he has the responsibility... or what?

ICOs for crypto-vaporwares are over and it's a good thing.
But with the simplicity that Byteball offers, there can be many real-world applications possible, especially for small businesses.
Let's say you are a bakery owner and you need to invest in new oven, you tokenize some future breads you are going to produce as assets, you sell them with a discount to your usual customers and you promise to release n breads a day against the assets.
This use case is possible right now with Byteball at zero cost and without specific knowledge. That deserves to be known.

The Byteball ICO website will be launching shortly.

But just to clarify: it's a website to better showcase how the Byteball platform is ideal for running an ICO. Byteball will not be having its own ICO!
That's really awesome. Now that the ICOs have fallen into disrepute worldwide.  Roll Eyes

do you know any byterbal ICO with users?

[...] we must spread the word!!
Yes, as soon as you can buy something for it in a suitable market.
money that nobody accept is a money or scam? Why hold balls that can not be spent, if you can exchange them to bitcoins or dollars that you can spend?

Please don't see we must spread the word!! only from customer view.
What about with the local shops?
Spread the word includes more!

For example:
- Create for your local city flyers with jumio vouchers
- Share this flyer in kiosks, gas- station, schools wherever
- Speak with the owner of the shops for accept bytes in 2020
- The owner can only win with this and if he accept bytes he have new customers, too

~ This is maybe the some right way, not perfect, but a good start
an a Win-Win-Win situation for all for all involved. + you get rich  Cool

* before 2020 we need more exchanges for volume and a service like bitpay for bytes.

Tony should now be able to accelerate an Open Bazaar adaptation.
The concept of the open bazaar is very interesting, but it looks like a cemetery?
or i am wrong and the platform have trades?

Instead of always asking, use the lego stones of byteball and start!
tony is a smart people, but he need the help of community.

Hi!

What is going on with wallets? I tried to send transaction via wallet on Linux, Windows 10 (virtualbox) and Android -- same story:
SOLVED. Thanks for the help in Byteball Slack.

I've been hoping for this for months. But as a developer, he probably lives in his own world, and his mindless community, along with his incompetent marketing, also cheers him on in it. - The term "sect" is exactly right.
when he realizes your suggestions,
then you join the "sect" ?  Roll Eyes
I'm probably one of them already.
However, I still kept my mind so I can see where the bottlenecks are.

the team continues its great efforts in trying hard making it successful. byteball has lots of breaking technical specifications, I don't understand why all focus on the price.

The price is calculated in Fiat, and that's all they care about. Accordingly, the technical specifications of the project are also extrapolated to a possible profit in Fiat.

As means of payment bite ball is completely uninteresting for the current recognition-resistant community... unfortunately also obviously for the developer.
Of course the success (circulation and acceptance) will be a long time coming.

Having active and dedicated trolls is usually a good sign for the project (see Dash).

No need to look at Dash, Thul created account on 11th October when Bitcoin, Byteball and other cryptocurrencies dropped a lot. Byteball price has only grown after that drop. Tongue

I mean Dash in 2015-2016. Forgot there are many newer people in this space who won't get this.

Also, I created my account on 12 October, how can Thul or I prove that we are not 2 alter-egos of a same person without becoming non-anonymous? Maybe I created 2 opposing accounts just to add over 10 pages of conflicting chatter to Bitcointalk forum, just to prove the point that anonymous witnesses won't work? No way to tell without becoming non-anonymous that Thul is not me.

Again sounds good but merchants happy with fiat and bitcoins. They don't want to waste time on shitcoins. I know i know byterbal is not shitcoin. Sorry for breaking your bubble but coin that nobody not use and can loss 99% of the value is nothing more than shitcoin for all who are not members of this sect. So accept it, byterbal is shitcoin and merchants don't want to waste time on this.
Byterbal foundation must build solutions itself or sponsor third-party solutions. Purse for byterbal? OB for byterbal? Localbyterbals? Tony and the team must build it all itself or connect to existing solutions (if it possible). No one will come and give you this, the days of early Bitcoin are long gone.
Take it mazafackers, byterbal is not interesting to the world, to the airdrop suckers. The only who can make byterbal great again is Tony. He need to change his thinking, stop to build crappy bots, dismiss idiots who spend time retweeting their tweets, start to build solutions, find partnerships, improve scalability and distribute all witnesses.

And how do you call that fantasy world where everybody gets wet by mentioning privacy coin, OpenBazaar or BISQ? Parents basement?
