Why don't you have a email contact octoplay? your customer service is so very bad, it should be one of the main focus points for your casino!

Again, another deposit issues..hmm I dont know why there were so many issues on deposit and withdrawal. The most annoying thing is that it is hard to get the answer from the issues (need so long time to wait owner come in this thread)
Owner rep last active October 28th, almost two weeks..

But now there are issues after issues, mine have been missing deposits (that were replaced by some kind of deposit bonus and i didn't get the coins even after the bonus was played with).
I would suggest to stay away from it till they get their stuff together.

They should add support, at a minimum a email contact that is checked regularly. It has been suggested by some members since long time ago, but seems that they do not care about it. I dont know why they do not want to be more communicative witj their players, but it is weird.
