first of all calm down
Yes we indeed needed this time quite long until the withdrawal got processed. The Reason for that was explained partialy above. We are working on a System which will do the Security Check automaticly and the Goal is to have it completly automated. If you go page in the Thread you will recognize, that we are always fair and cooperative. If we would have been a scam Site we could have run already some time when big whales where playing at our Casino. If you doubt that we are legit, you are free to play somewhere else, i think we did so far a good Job. But as always Thanks for the Feedback.

I think delay is OK for the players as long as there is clear explanation on what causing the delay. But in this case "win win win" seems need to wait for more than a week for his withdrawal without any updates from you in this thread, so it is kinda annoying for him.
Do you plan to add contact support email?so if you're not active in this forum, players still able to contact your support teams.

I have trouble loading the site, and after a few refreshes, it finally loads but with the images and layout are all broken.
On another note, OP profile page shows he has logged in 2 days ago. But he hasn't addressed your issue yet.
