i decided to withdrawal my deposit because min bet was to high. my withdrawal was 4 hours ago and i still did not receive it. just wondering what happened

How long do withdrawals normally take? Will you move to auto/instant withdrawals soon?
it takes from 1 minute up to 2 days for the withdrawal, because a site admin has to make it!

I sent in a deposit and it's still saying my balance is 0

Automatic Deposit Bonus

When the deposit bonus is credited automatically means that you force your player to take the deposit bonus, while some players do not want to take it because of the rollover requirement. Its better to let your player choose whether they want to take the deposit bonus or not. That's more fair..
just my opinion
i think that might be the intention here; it encourages players to play more, which is what a casino naturally wants.
guys, if you don't want to use the Deposit Bonus, that's no Problem just ignore the Bonus Money, if you do not wager like it is required it will be deducted when you withdrawal. We think about a option to make it select able for a future update!
