So India and Srilanka has finished their T20I series yesterday and soon they will start their ODI series. And this ODI series will start from 2 August and India and Srilanka will play their fisrt match. So regarding performance we have seen that how India has performed in the T20I series they clean sweep the Srilanka team with 3-0. And I hope they will continue their performance and I think India amhas ability to win this ODI series too and may be with 3-0.
ACC has announced the details for 2025 and 2027 editions of the (Men's) Asia Cup. India will be hosting the tournament in 2025, while Bangladesh will be the hosts for the edition after that. The biggest disappointment is in terms of number of participants. ACC is keeping the number unchanged. 5 full member nations will be joined by one associate team for both the events. I was hoping that they would increase the number of participants to at least 8 (for the women's Asia Cup, they already have 8 participants).
I think India is good host and Indian has also setting with ICC and ICC always support India and ICC always tried it's best to fall Pakistan. ICC took wrong actions against Pakistani players,for example Saeed Ajmal was a top most player of Pakistan but ICC ban Saeed Ajmal action after years of career. How is it possible when a player is playing for the years in International matches and his action ban when he was top of the bowlers of the World. When Pakistani team won the World Cup 1992 then ICC didn't like that and always discourage Pakistani team and ICC tried their best to degrade Pakistani team and they became successful when they distroyed the career of Saeed Ajmal.ICC will support to that country that will give advantage to ICC and Pakistan country did gave advantage to ICC.

Abdul Malik supported their sqaud in batting inning at 40 scores after that score he wiping out and Zubaid Akbari was playing this match with full confident and he beating the bowlers of Mah-E-Par Stars squad very badly and managed 134 scorers. After wiping out this wicket Rahmat Shah at 68 scores. Next batters played not good but their bowlers was unable to restrict and lost this final match as well trophy.
Yes, I will watch their matches. And among them I have an idea of the perform of Hindu Kush. At least when it comes to associates, ACC is much more supportive when compared to the ICC. And they do have one associate team in the men's Asia Cup (although I would like to get it increased to 3). That said, the main issues remain. Most of the teams (especially those in the Gulf region) doesn't even have a single citizen in their team, and entire squads are comprised of expats from India and Pakistan. If the ACC decides to increase the number of associates to 3, and these slots gets filled up with mercenary teams, then it will be no good.

Is it possible, maybe every team wants to play the scheduled full overs. Overs prescribed in ODI format, T20 format and Test format are different. Even the playing style of these three formats varies among players. In the ODI format, you have to play by rotating the strike as you have to hold the wicket. So that the team can build a respectable score. If you only think about the overs then you don't have to look at, how well the players are batting and how many runs they are able to score on the scoreboard. In the ODI format we often see many teams playing the full fifty overs and even scoring runs of over 300 as we saw in the match between Scotland and Namibia.I assume a batsman bats at a very low strike rate. But if he is on the 50 over wicket then some runs will accumulate on the scoreboard but whenever he bats with good strikes but all the team players are out in 40 over then the team score will not be in a healthy position at all. Scoring runs and survival depends on how calm and experienced a team is. Because I have seen a lot of games in the past but many teams perform very badly, they don't perform in ODI matches until full fifty again, they get all out before the 50 overs are completed and the number of runs is very low.
As we mention Bangladesh, they perform well in very few matches, but if we think of Australia, New Zealand, India among these teams, then surely they can score 300 plus runs and keep wickets for a long time till 50 overs.
In the ODI format, just as you have to keep the overs alive, you also have to keep the wickets so that the team can move towards big collections against the opposition.
So basically survival depends on players and being patient is most important. Usually weak teams fail to perform to their full potential in T20 ODIs and Test matches.

For the men's tournament they don't want to add additional teams, because it is their main revenue generator. There is no restriction from the ICC as such. Women's tournament is more like a supplementary championship. They can afford to have minnows, as the media rights holders won't complain about it too much. And another fact to remember here is that associate men's teams (with the exception of a few teams) are almost entirely comprised of expats. That is not the case with women's teams. They mostly have native players (Hong Kong is a perfect example).

I thought Warwickshire is going to have a pretty easy game in this one. But somehow that did not happen, they only ended up winning by one wicket! I have to say it was actually very close & nail-biting in the end. Whatever Rhodes's team tried hard but able to keep it three wins out of three in five days.
I can see Rhodes and Smith scored the bulk of the runs in this game. The problem is Warwickshire lost wickets at regular intervals. And that was the biggest problem for them. In the end I would actually say that they were lucky to actually be able to win the match. There was a very good chance that Sussex was actually going to defend the total that they had posted. By the way Carson was actually a little bit expensive. Because when the target is not that big, you cannot give away so many runs so easily.

Yes, I'm watching the final match of Ghazi Khan ODI Tournament.Hindukush Strikers won the final match by 5 wickets against Mah Par stars. Mah Par stars batting well and scored a huge total of 307 runs on board in a loss of 7 wickets. Bilal Ahmad batting performance outstanding scored 136 runs and Hashmatullah Shahidi also batting well scored 66 runs helped MP stars to setting a huge target for Hindukush Strikers. Right buddy, batting partnership of these batters of Scotland sqaud made a big lead after failure of two earlier batters Brandon McMullen and Charlie Tear, these two batters were wiped out from crease and managed 15 and 16 scores respectively. But these two batters was hero in today match and their batting partnership was truly admirable and also a bit reason to emerge victory. Michael English his century was out Namibia bowlers in trouble. Other Richie Berrington better also batted very amazingly and his performance was significant role to secure victory. 301 score as a Defeating target was not easy job to complete and secure victory for such a weak sqaud like Namibia sqaud. Namibia squad just managed 163 scores and after this score, whole members of their sqaud was wiped out and lost match with massive scores of total 138 scores. Excellent performance by Scotland. Especially Michael English and Richie Berrington. Their partnership was excellent. Michael English made 107 runs. And Richie Berrington made 89 runs. And both helped the team to win. And in total Scotland made 301 runs which was a good target and tough target for Namibia team. Namibia was trying well to chase that target but they didn't. Because they lost their all wickets at 163 runs. And one more time Scotland show that they are good in bowling too. Gavin Main and Brad Currie both collected 3,3 wickets and Michael Leask and Brandon McMullen both collected 2,2 wickets.
So overall Scotland performance was excellent and I really appreciate them. Congratulations to Scotland.
Congratulations to Scotland for their win but what I admire the most is Scotland batting till 50 overs. Where the big teams now cannot survive on 50-over wickets, Scotland piled up 301 runs on the scoreboard for the loss of just six wickets while they remained on 50-over wickets.
Rushing the game of ODI cricket strategy here will do neither yourself nor the team any good.
I assume a batsman bats at a very low strike rate. But if he is on the 50 over wicket then some runs will accumulate on the scoreboard but whenever he bats with good strikes but all the team players are out in 40 over then the team score will not be in a healthy position at all. So it is more important for each team to keep their wickets up to 50 overs.
Scotland won by 138 runs Against Namibia. Actually Scotland develop themselves a lot and they become one of the stronger team. this is not the first time Scotland defeated Namibia, as well as oman too. In the yesterday match between Scotland vs Namibia, team Namibia won the toss and opted to Bowl. Scotland started batting first and their top ordered players showed legendary performance. Captain Richie Berrington (89) failed to make his century for few runs but Michael English (107) able to done his century and their team scored 301-6 runs in 50 Overs as a target for Namibia. Afterwards Namibia started batting and they lost 1st wicket at 1-1 runs and they Scored 9 runs along with losing 3rd wickets. Captain Gerhard Erasmus(53) tried to hold their team tightly and make some runs. He did half century but rest of players all out with lower runs within 40 overs and total collected score was 163-10 runs, kind of half of Targeted runs set by Scotland team. Scotland team played with responsibility and gave handsome target. The match of Scotland and Namibia was a good match and both teams are low ranking teams but we saw Scotland team in the last World in which they played well and showed good confidence level and I think in future,that team will struggle a lot and will get high position in ranking because the performance of Bangladesh, Pakistan and west Indies is very poor and Scotland cricket team can get benefit from that and I am impressed by players because they are looking in good form and they will work for the development of cricket in the country.I think that is positive sign from Scotland cricket team because before 2 to 3 years ,we didn't see that kind of performance.
