Due to Shoaib Khan's responsible batting, Oman team managed to defeat Namibia team in the end. I would say it was an incredible result for me. Because after Oman lost 6 wickets I didn't think that Oman team can win this match. Because as you said there are no experienced batsmen in Oman's squad. So the target of 197 runs was a big target for Oman.

Namibia's bowlers tried their best to bowl well. I would say Namibia's bowlers bowled well enough. But the target of 197 runs is enough to win. If Namibian batsmen can collect 20-30 runs more, then maybe they can beat Oman team.

However, Oman's captain Aqib Ilyas batted very responsibly in this match. Aqib Ilyas is able to collect 68 runs from 129 balls. Also Khalid Kail and Shoaib Khan's two innings were much needed. Khalid Kail was able to collect 43 ran and Shoaib Khan was unbeaten on 26 runs.

It is always frustrating to watch a team with native players getting defeated by another team which doesn't even have one citizen in the playing XI. Namibia is one of the strongest associate nations, but they do have a reputation of being inconsistent. To be fair to them, they were without many of their regular players, such as David Wiese and Ruben Trumpelmann. But then overdependence on a few players can never do them any good in the long term. Apart from Malan Kruger, everyone else failed in the batting department for Namibia.

Cricket is funny game as few days back we have Oman having few humiliating defeats against Namibia and Scotland, but today we are having completely different side which is playing against Namibia at the Dundee after winning toss Oman decided to bowl first which was good decision by their captain Aqib Ilyas their bowlers give them regularly breakthrough never allowed Namibia to have good target at the end we have 196 for 9.

Now in reply we are having good batting from Oman as Captain Aqib Ilyas is leading from front have 64 runs and Khalid Kail on 42 giving him good support things are on track for their first win in this event they need 39 more runs on 69 balls which is looking easy for them with current situation.

Namibia will win this match easily as they only need 53 runs and still 89 balls are left in this innings. Though it is not much but still it is a sure shot bet and I placed the bet on Oman at 1.05 odds. It was expected that Namibia will win this match as they are more stronger team, they lost only 2 matches and are on the 2nd place on the points table.

Afghanistan International cricket team played well in last tournament but they could not win the semi final . We know that Afghanistan team is not that kind of team that will win the the world cup. Same case we saw when we found Bangladeshi team as a host of Asia cup before 5 years and they played final of Asia cup and they lose the final against India easily.ICC need to think about that otherwise we will see that kind of opponent in final match.

I am not against allowing more teams for T20 WC because it is the format that is possible for small nations to compete and in world cup like trophies they might do their maximum to get into the league so they can achieve better status in this sport in the world arena but the negative side of allowing more teams is which will eat the entertainment part cause we know there are around 8 teams are the strongest so most results might gonna be one sided.

AFG made into semi this year which is the greatest achievement for their nation and hopefully it will inspire more nations to do the same.

All Oman bowlers are bowling well and Namibia put the batsmen under a lot of pressure. At the end of 41 overs, the collection of the Namibian team is 140/4. There are only 9 more overs to bowl, but if the run rate doesn't pick up now, it will be very difficult for Namibia to cross 200 runs. In ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 series, 16 th game was played between Oman team and Scotland team. Really in this game, Oman team played poorly in batting lineup and Oman team set 91 runs target in one day game total 50 overs. Scotland team bowlers really showed amazing effort with bowling lineup struggle. C.Cassell wonderful effort was showed in this game because he took down total 7 wickets and this one was the big record in history to take 7 wickets. Due to his brilliant bowling effort he got a player of game award. Oman played total 3 games and out of 3, Oman team lost all games. Scotland team played in series very well and in this game, Scotland easily chased down all target and won the game. R.Berrington played good in batting and he scored 37 runs in 43 balls and B. McMullen also performed good with scoring 24 runs in 28 balls both players were not dismissed. Congratulations Scotland to win this game and hope in next games their team will perform same like these games.

Yes in past game, Scotland won the match with amazing gameplay and their performance have been outstanding and Scotland team is proved to be strong team. The poor batting performance in the Oman man team was by Bilal Khan Scored 0 runs and 2 balls hitting 0 fours and 0 sixs with some other batsman and I expected that these batsman shakes some energy and set competitive record . Bilal Khan played a very bad match for Oman. Their whole team players need to work hard now.the 16th match between Scotland and Oman was held at forthill stadium. Scotland won the toss and batting first. He only conceded 5 runs in 36 balls and took 1 wicket.Scotland won the match by scoring 95 runs while Oman set only 91 runs record .

Today a game which was played between Oman vs Scotland at Dundee we have many records broken by 26 years old young Scottish debutant with his bowling he took 7 for 21 which are best for any debutant bowler in ODI history, and he also took 2 wickets in his first ever over in ODI which is another record for this youngster.

Due to this amazing performance we have Oman bowled out on 91 in 21.4 overs which was really poor from them and Scotland able to chase this target in just 15.2 overs with they won match by huge margin of 8 wickets after this win now they are having third spot in ICC MEN'S CRICKET WORLD CUP LEAGUE 2 behind Canada and Namibia.

UAE and Oman yet to win any game after having three games each with this look like we are going to have them at the bottom of league table for long time because things are looking not favourable for them.
