The West Indies team has known well about the pitch, and they chose to bowl on winning the toss. Bangladesh started well, and runs started to come with the run rate close to 6 runs per over. At the same time, the wickets were falling continuously. The Bangladesh team lost the 4^th wicket in the 10^th over, and the score was 60+ runs by that time. They weren't able to keep the runs coming and ended the innings for 227 runs. West Indies players planned well and reached the target with comfort, losing just 3 wickets. The win has brought them the series win.

Bangladesh were looking out of colour from start of thier match and things were look like they will continue thier defeat streak which they execute and thus lose another series of their west indies tour. No doubt thier batting failure were pushing them down and some how becoming the main reason of thier defeat, if we have a look at thier scorecard few of thier player were not contributing much which create gaps for Bangladesh, so they should shuffle thier tested player who failed several and try some young combination may be that things work for them and create difference for them because such continuous down fall will really hurt thier fans page and thier upcoming big event performance. West Indies vs Bangladesh, 2nd ODI is already started where West Indies won the toss and opted to Bowling first. Meanwhile Bangladesh fishined their batting and they have able to scored 227-10 runs where BD players Showed  extremely bad performance against their opponent team. Although Opener Tanzid Hasan(46) did a decent runs including Tanzim Hasan Sakib(45) who is actually a bowler but comes in top batmen catageoy cause he Played more excellent than rest of top claimed batsme. Bd lost their 7 wickets at 115-7 runs and i doubt if they can cross 200 runs or not. In such critical environment, Mahmudullah(62) gave his best effort and present a beautiful half century. Due that that, his runs helped bangladesh a lot to give a minimum Target to their opponent team west indies. Jayden Seales keep doing well and today he got four wickets alone. Furthermore his team west indies have a brilliant start up where they did 109 runs without falling any wicket. Evin Lewis(49) just miss his half century for one run only. Till now west indies afford to collect 162-1 runs in, around 25 overs and West Indies need 66 runs to win. I think it'll be a easy win for them. Brandon King(*80) showing his best effort and keeping making higher score which is going to close a century. Need 20 runs more. let's see if he can hit a century or not. This is a thrilling moment what makes the match interesting

It is difficult to understand whether West Indies are playing ODI or T20 against Bangladesh. The news of the West Indies team's victory has reached close, even with such a good bowling attack, the Bangladeshi bowlers are not able to get out the West Indies batsmen. Those who come down to bat on the wicket are able to score good runs. It won't be a surprise if West Indies lose this match by a huge margin of 9 wickets against Bangladesh as West Indies are really doing well in this series and Bangladesh are likely to be whitewashed.

Like in the first match, we can see the weak performance of Bangladeshi bowlers in the second match. Since Bangladeshi bowlers are not able to perform well. And Bangladesh team is not able to give a big target, so West Indies team is easily reaching the goal of victory. I do not see any obstacle in the way of West Indies' victory in this match.

West Indies has collected 109 runs from the opening pair. Bangladesh has given a target of only 228 runs in this match. West Indies now has collected 138 runs. West Indies team needs to collect only 90 runs to win. Brandon King is unbeaten on 65 runs. Lewis is out after collecting 49 runs.

In the end, Bangladesh has given a target of 228 runs. Bangladesh started their innings very badly. 227 runs is a big enough collection for Bangladesh. Bangladesh would have lost all their wickets within 150 if Shakib and Mahmudullah had not batted well. However, even after giving a target of 228 runs, Bangladesh has no chance of winning.

Bangladeshi bowlers are not able to do well on the West Indies pitch. Even in the first match, we did not see good bowling from Bangladeshi bowlers. Even today, the performance of Bangladeshi bowlers is very weak. So far, Bangladeshi bowlers have not been able to take a single wicket of West Indies. West Indies have managed to collect 96 runs without losing any wicket in 18 overs.

Bangladesh started very well specially top order batsman Tanzid Hasan played outstanding, he taken 46 runs from 33 ball, although missed half century for only 4 runs, but then started losing wickets quickly like Soumya Sarkar, Liton Das, & Mehedi Miraz played worst, these three players taken only 7 runs, they showed unprofessionalism as many years experienced players. I think BAN will be lost in this match because West Indies top orders playing absolutely fantastic, they're going to make 100 runs partnership by opening two batsman.

It was lucky for Bangladesh to draw the test series 1-1 as in ODI West Indies seems to be the dominant one. West Indies chased a target of 295 with ease in the first ODI, comparing with today, the task for West Indies is easier.
Bangladesh batting first were all out in 46th over making 227. Individually, Tanzid Hasan, Tanzim Hasan and Mahmudulla had good innings but they were not able to hold any partnership longer. 6 of the batsmen scored below 5. West Indies chasing a below average target already have an impressive 1st wicket partnership 79 runs without loss at the end of 15th over. It's an easy win.

I never imagined that Bangladesh team will collect 200+ today. Bangladesh lost their seventh wicket for 115 runs. And Bangladesh lost their eighth wicket for 208 runs. Everyone was surprised by Tanzim Hasan Sakib's batting today. We have never seen such excellent batting from Sakib in the past. Shakib has collected 45 runs from 62 balls. Mahmudullah is still at the crease after collecting 61 runs. Bangladesh's collection is 207 runs in 43.1 overs. If Mahmudullah remains at the crease, Bangladesh can give a target of at least 240-250. If Bangladeshi bowlers can bowl well, Bangladesh has a chance of winning, although West Indies' batting order is strong.

With the way Bangladesh are performing in the second ODI match against West Indies, I don't see any hope that Bangladesh can win this match against West Indies. In the first ODI match, Bangladesh scored close to 300 runs but lost that match. 

In today's match, several batsmen of Bangladesh were out at the beginning due to which Bangladesh came under a lot of pressure. We didn't really expect much from those who are batting now but they have taken the lead of the team and tried their best. If this wicket pair can finally play then we might see Bangladesh score 240 plus runs on the scoreboard. It remains to be seen how far these two batsmen can ultimately take Bangladesh.

Mahmudullah and Bangladesh's young pace bowler Tanzim Sakib were able to build a great partnership. Since Bangladesh were losing wickets very quickly, Bangladesh had the possibility of losing all their wickets before 150. But because of the partnership of Mahmudullah and Shakib, Bangladesh have now scored 167 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Bangladesh lost the wicket of Rishad for 115 runs. Bangladesh have already scored 52 runs from this pair.

Mahmudullah is the most experienced batsman in the Bangladesh team. Mahmudullah is unbeaten on 46 runs from 78 balls. Sakib is not an experienced batsman. Even then, Shakib is unbeaten on 22 runs from 38 balls. I would say that if Bangladesh is able to give a target of 220+, then the match will be competitive. It will not be easy for West Indies to win the match.

West Indies vs Bangladesh 2nd ODI

When Bangladesh started losing wickets, wickets fell like a storm. Bangladesh already lost 7 wickets. So far Bangladesh has collected 131 runs in 30 overs with the loss of 7 wickets. In fact, one should not expect anything good from the batsmen of Bangladesh. Bangladesh batsmen performed well in the last match but today they are getting out quickly on the same pitch. Tanzid Hasan got out by batting in T20 style. But all the other batsmen are not able to survive at the crease. It will not be possible for Bangladesh to score 200 plus today. One should not expect to win with a target around 200 runs. Bangladesh will lose today and if they lose today they will lose the series.

Bangladesh is heading towards certain defeat. Unless a miracle happens, I don't see any chance of Bangladesh winning this match. Bangladesh team was not able to win even after giving a target of 295 runs in the first ODI match. Bangladesh lost the match due to Rutherford's aggressive batting. Bangladesh team will probably not be able to give a target of 150 runs in today's match. Is it possible to win against a strong batting order like West Indies by giving such a small target?



We saw that Bangladeshi opener Tanzid batted very aggressively at the beginning of the innings. However, Tanzi should have batted carefully. Because Bangladesh was losing wickets very quickly. Bangladesh lost the wickets of Liton, Soumyo and Miraz very quickly. Even then Tanzid continued to bat aggressively. Tanzid returned to the dressing room after scoring 46 runs in 33 balls. Now Bangladesh's total is 119 runs for the loss of 7 wickets

I thought I would make a bet on this match once the match started but soon i found that this is not a match to bet on. Bangladesh are losing so many wickets too quickly which makes the bookies increase the odds for Bangladesh but lower the odds for West Indies. I don't think it's worth to take 1.03 odds.



Now to the match, Bangladesh lost the 7th wicket too when Rishad Hossain was out on a duck without troubling the score. Mahmudullah is the only hope for Bangladesh. He is batting on 18 runs and if he can hit a few quick fours and sixes before Bangladesh loses the rest of their wickets.

They are in deep trouble now. Bangladesh are 104/6, after 21 overs. Gudakesh Motie just came into the attack and he sent Afif Hossain and Jaker Ali back to the pavilion. Jayden Seales seems to have regained his form, and he has taken 3 wickets till now. And apart from Tanzid Hasan, none of the Bong batsmen are yet to make a 30 plus score. 39-year old Mahmudullah is at the crease now, with Rishad Hossain giving him company. I would be really surprised if Bongs make a total of 150 plus.

Bangladesh didn't bat well today and they are struggling to make any runs. Losing six wickets at around 100 runs will not help you win matches and I am afraid today Bangladesh will face a big defeat.

There is nothing wrong with the pitch at Basseterre. The Bangladesh team started the innings losing Soumya Sarkar at 46 and then important batsman Litton Das at 51 runs. Only the opener Tanzid Hasan looked in form but how long can he stay at the wicket when his partners aren't supporting him in developing a partnership? He was out making 46 runs and added to Bangladesh's problems.

Bangladesh team cannot improve their game at all, they are not confident. I strongly condemn the people in charge of BCB, they are not able to fulfill their responsibilities properly. Bangladesh team is playing badly in every match, their performance is not good at all, it is really bad. Today, they did not start well against West Indies and did not try to do well. We have seen that Bangladesh U-19 team became the champion in Asia Cup, currently U-19 boys play better than the players in the national team. Since Bangladesh team's batting performance is very bad in today's match, West Indies will easily make up for the runs they have collected. Since they won the first match, West Indies will definitely win the second match, Bangladesh lost 5 wickets today, they collected 104 runs in 20 overs, there is doubt whether Bangladesh team's batsmen will be able to play up to 30 overs.

Bangladesh lost their fifth wicket. Bangladesh has very little chance of giving a big target in today's match. Even it is very difficult for Bangladesh to collect 20 0 runs. Except opener Tanzid Hasan, no other batsman of the top order could bat well today. Soumyo got out after collecting only 2 runs, Liton only 4 runs and Miraj got out after collecting only 1 run today. Due to the bad batting of the top order, it is difficult for Bangladesh to collect big numbers at the moment.

West Indies' batting order is strong. They proved it in the first match. West Indies won the first match against a big target. If Bangladesh gives a target less than 200 in today's match, I don't think Bangladesh has any chance of winning.

First ODI is matter of past now we are in second ODI with Bangladesh is facing terrible time their top four batsmen gone back to pavilion as we have three wickets for Jayden Seales and one for Justin Greaves Tanzid Hassan hammered 46 on 33 balls no other batsman able to have anything positive with this performance now they are back to their normal now we have last pair on crease veteran Mahmudullah and young Afif Hossain can both give anything positive from here, or we will be having quick end of this second ODI which could be also lost of series for Bangladesh as well.

From here now we need good and patience batting which can give them chance of having decent runs on board fans back to home surely feeling frustrated with this performance after watching good end of first ODI.

Bangladesh poor performance is leading them to defeat, they should start playing well now so that their target becomes so big that the West Indies batsmen cannot achieve it.  Otherwise, Bangladesh will lose this match like the first match. Which is the last chance for them to win the series, if they lose this match, West will win the series by 0-2 and from the third and last match, Bangladesh will not be able to get anything except by winning one match. Bangladesh batsmen have scored 67 runs in just 13 overs which is a very low score.  Also the worst thing is their wickets which have lost 4 so far.  If this entire team is out, those who will be out over no benefit.  That's why Bangladesh should play full innings and save wickets and make the target difficult.
