Yes, it is quite a strange situation that Pakistan is not able to perform well in its home conditions. Once again england failed to restrict his opponent India below the required in back to back matches while defending, Even having thier full strength squad still things are out of england range and the reason may be indian home ground edge, but honestly it doesn't really matter for them as they are truly talented squad and the more interesting things is indian beat england in back to back two series too because with that victory they got 2-0 lead and announced themselves winner of that series too. More ever Sharma back in form right before champions trophy with a phenomenal century which lead his team to the victory. I think such kind of performance indicates how well indian are prepared to face any big name in ct25.
It must be accepted that England has been in a much worse state in terms of their performance since the last ODI World Cup. England's lack of proper performance despite having a full squad is showing some slight variations in popularity in England cricket.
