Nepal played very well. Nepal's batsmen performed well against experienced bowlers like India. While the team lost all wickets for 104 runs against Pakistan, they collected 230 runs against India. It was not possible for Nepal to win against India. India is an experienced team. Still it is admirable that Nepal has performed as it has. India won very easily. They did not lose any wicket. Today they were able to give a target of 231 runs and were just 10 balls short of completing there full quota of 50 overs. The Asia Cup is over for Nepal but they must have gained some necessary experience with this tournament.

Every game in the Asia Cup can be said to be boring because almost every match is rained out. And yesterday's match, India's game against Nepal ended in DLS method and India won. If there was no rain India vs Nepal would have been a good game and both the teams are great and we could have watched and enjoyed the game nicely. But in every match of Asia Cup, the games are not felt due to such rain and the matches are postponed. That day also the India vs Pakistan match was postponed altogether only because of this bad weather so we are annoyingly having to go through every match in this Asia Cup.

I definitely do not think that is a problem for India. Yes, I know some of them are not in the best of form right now but that is another story. They do not lack any kind of bowlers though.

I actually do not think that they were able to gather as much experience as they should have. They were not able to play 4/5 matches in the tournament. and the recent match which was actually very important for them had the rain interruption.

This is definitely a big problem with cricket. This is also a problem created by the authorities in my opinion. They could easily check the climate situation of the country before actually selecting them to host any tournament. I know no one can actually call with 100% certainty if it is going to rain or not. but by checking the weather and climate of a country, you can understand the probability of rain.

Your information is not correct Pakistan's bowlers are better than the Indian ones especially Shaheen Afridi because that guy is a truly awesome bowler and anyone plays against his bowls will have to face the hardest match of his life. I believe that the other bowlers of Pakistani team also do their best in matches and especially when it's against India because both have enmity from the beginnings. I think Sri Lankan team is also a little bit good but they aren't as good as Pakistani team. Although it would be underestimation if I say that Indian bowlers aren't good because they also play very well in the matches but it's a fact that Pakistani bowlers are a little better than the Indian ones.

You are absolutely right, the players of Indian team have enough power to complete the target of 231 runs easily without any pressure. Indian team players Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Ishan Kishan are very good quality batsmen for them the target of 231 runs is not a big target. But I would not say that the players of Nepal team played badly in this match. Nepal as a weak side played quite well in today's match against India. Nepal performed very well and target 231 against India which is also very hardworking team so it was not difficult for India to achieve this target. Now the match is stopped due to rain and there is a chance that match will draw because now there only 2.1 over occurred.

I know Nepal is a weak team but if they set a 250-plus target then have a chance to win and qualify for the Super Four.

Nepal Bestman are trying their best to give India a tough target ,but India is a very strong team compared to Nepal and they are taking wickets of Nepal with their good bowling performance.M.Siraj and Jadeja took five wickets for Nepal with their good bowling performances.I don't think Nepal will be able to give a hundred run target to India.

Even if the Nepal team scored 300 runs against India, it was not enough. Because everyone knows that to play with an experienced team, opposite team must also gain enough experience. Nepal comparatively new team in cricket. If they can defeat a team like India in this Asia Cup, then they have won something bigger than winning the Asia Cup. I would expect today a competitive match from the Nepalese team and nothing more. If they can put India under a little pressure then it will be nothing less for them as their earnings are very small. India needn't take pressure to play against 230 runs.

You are absolutely right, the players of Indian team have enough power to complete the target of 231 runs easily without any pressure. Indian team players Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Ishan Kishan are very good quality batsmen for them the target of 231 runs is not a big target. But I would not say that the players of Nepal team played badly in this match. Nepal as a weak side played quite well in today's match against India. Amassing 230 runs against a strong team like India is a matter of pride for Nepal. In the second innings game, it was interesting to see how well the Nepal team could bowl site. But unfortunately the game is stopped now due to rain

Nepal team has to give a target of 350 runs to win against this strong team like India. But Nepal were all out for just 230 runs. Everyone knows that India's bowling line is very strong and Nepalese batsmen cannot perform well against them. However, Nepal tried to improve the batting line. India's spin bowling did better than pace bowling in today's match. Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav both bowled brilliantly. Kuldeep Yadav could not take any wicket despite bowling well. India collected 17 runs in 2.1 overs, the match was stopped due to rain. If the rain does not stop, the game will be postponed. Both teams will get one point each. DLS method will not be applied in this match.

What I found funny in this thread is, that some people write an overview of a match, and they write a report about the scorecard. Whoever watches the match surely know the scorecard only. I guess most of us expect some good discussion regarding particular events. Now if people write this team won the toss and scored that much run, opponent played well chased them down.

We know that buddy. Can't you add something new from your perspective? I have been reading this thread for over two weeks and I find these type of post everyday. This is boring thing to read.

India won the toss and chose to field first. Nepal all batsmen went out in 48.5 overs. Nepal has given a target of 231 to India and absolutely, India can chase this small target easily. Also in this match, Jasprit Bumrah had some issues and went to Mumbai, so that's why he didn't play in today's match. Shami was replaced to Jasprit Bumrah.

I didn't think that Bangladesh will perform so well. But on the day Bangladesh team batsmen bat first. Bangladesh team won on that day by giving a target of more runs. Afghanistan could not do well in bowling and batting in the match. I thought Afghanistan team could perform well but they could not do that.

We don’t have any doubt that Bangladesh is a good team when it is ODI format .I think it wasn't good mind set to go through cause they were missing their top opening batsman Tamim amd Litton so ot became so tough for the new comers to set the tune for next batsmen and thats how the batting unit were collapsed .However it is also true that Afghanistan is also strong twam in Asia they have great bowling option like Rashid and Mujib .They didn’t perform well cause the pitch was totally flat and helpful for batters to bat on and Bangladesh took the chance and made an healthy innings and it is beame so tough to chase for Afghanistan though it was a batting pitch .Chasing a high total always a pressure for a team and also Bangladesh has a strong bowling unit .So finally Bangladesh won the match and almost qualified for the next round .
