In the series of Super 50 Cup, yesterday 2 nd semi final game was played and one final game left and this series will also end. In 2 nd semi final game, Leeward island won toss and they got a chance to take first bat or bowl and Leeward chose field first and they gave bat first chance to Jamaica team. Jamaica made a great progress in batting and they created high pressure to Leeward team by setting big target. Jamaica set 351 runs in 50 overs by losing 9 wickets. John helped a lot in opening and he made 77 runs in 69 balls. Glen century was brilliant and he scored total 114 runs in 96 halls and hitted ten 4s and six 6s. Leeward took bad decision after wom toss and they did not win the game and chased only 245 runs ajd lost game by 107 runs. Congratulations Jamaica team to win game and qualify for final game.

In what way can Pakistan benefit from conducting such series in cricket? Where Pakistan is always considered a top-level cricket team. Although there will be a lot of advantages for the Zimbabwe team if they win against Pakistan. Zimbabwe is one of the oldest teams in cricket but this team does not have a record of performing well. They have nothing but spending behind them. ICC should invest in some teams that have a love for cricket. If they help them, they will get a good cricket team in the future. If ICC spends hundred years on the Zimbabwe team for their cricket development, then there will be no development in them. Anyway, we are most probably going to see two one-sided cricket series between these two teams.
Well.. that is the question that you should ask to the PCB. What is the point in having such a series? My only guess is that this is some sort of a payback towards Zimbabwe Cricket, for the support received from them in different domains. Despite receiving huge amount of funds from the ICC, cricket in Zimbabwe seems to be on the decline, and most of the money gets stolen anyway. If teams like Nepal and Namibia gets even a fraction of this amount, they will be able to improve a lot.

Another logicless bilateral between two teams of unequal skills. We can expect Pakistan to mop the floor with Zimbabwe. At least they could have made it a triangular or quadrangular tournament by including some of the associate nations such as Scotland or Namibia. I really don't understand why so much priority is being given to Zimbabwe, when they are performing worse than many of the associate nations. And it's not just the PCB. The ICC is also showring the ZC with tens millions of USD in funds every year.
Hmmmm.. Upcoming cricket series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will likely be one sided. Pakistan has big advantage in terms of skill and it is expected to win easily. To make things more interesting and fair it would be better to include other teams like Scotland or Namibia and have tournament with three or four teams. It is surprising that Zimbabwe gets special treatment despite not performing well even compared to smaller cricket nations. Both Pakistan Cricket Board and International Cricket Council should rethink their support. They give Zimbabwe a lot of money every year tens of millions of dollars. Having more competitive tournament would help cricket grow and improve globally.

Sri Lanka vs New Zealand, 3rd ODI ended without any result due to rain. Although i was expecting DLS cause raining was happened in previous two matches but finally those matches were end with DLS but the last ODI match didn't give any chance to end with result lol. In that match New Zealand won the toss, Started batting first and they made 112-1 runs in 21 overs where Will Young(*56) made a half century and Henry Nicholls(*46) did decent amount of runs, very close to half century. It supposed to be NZ was serious enough but rain stopped them unfortunately and after waiting a lots of time, match ended with no result. Although Sri Lanka already won the series as they already won previous two matches. but This match was important cause if Sri Lanka could win this match then they'll have whitewashed New Zealand or New Zealand could have their reputation back by winning this single match.
That match was going towards side of New Zealand International ODI cricket team because they were very angry because they lose 2 matches of the series which decreased their reputation on International level and Sri Lankan International cricket team got their respect by winning this series. But they need more improvement because we saw legends in the past with which Sri Lankan team won many tournaments and series but in last couple of years Sri Lankan team performance was very down and but we saw change in them in last couple of series and we are expecting good from that team.New Zealand is very unlucky team because they could win this match easily because players were doing great and they gave good start in this match .

As I understand this, even if the tournament is played in hybrid mode, the matches even if played in the United Arab Emirates, the host will remain Pakistan and hence they will get most of the revenue shared with ICC of course. So if India remains in the tournament, it should be good for Pakistan too, even if they play matches outside of Pakistan.
Stop this as most chances we will be having this Champions Trophy is completely going to shift in the UAE with ICC and BCCI both are on same page for the Pakistan they will never allow any positive thing for them and Pakistan have to accept their all demands with as India refuse to send their Blind cricket team they will never give anything to Pakistan. We have strong control of India in three games and Pakistan lost their chances for hosting any big event in three games like cricket, Field Hockey and Kabaddi in others we have nothing policy like this.In reality, this issue is more political than the security concerns. Everyone knows it very well that BCCI has a very big impact in ICC. The international cricket board won't be able to force India to play the champions trophy in Pakistan venue. ICC will face financial losses if the champions trophy is arranged without India. I hope Pakistan cricket board will agree with the hybrid model. PCB will also face financial losses if India doesn't play the champions trophy.
This issue is completely political and personal ego with India right now having few edges, and they are taking good advantage of these due to poor policies from Pakistan things are completely going out of control if we have no India in champions trophy this could be huge lost and if we will be gone with hybrid system this could be also problematic so from this we need ICC enters into this matter and completely shift this event into the UAE furthermore they needed to never allow any ICC event in Pakistan because India will be never visit here and things could be created mess-up which is not good for the game.

Whatever they want to do, they should announce it quickly. It's not good that the venue is not finalized for Champion trophy till the last moments, as they also need time for the preparation of the tournament, where ever it is played.
Yep absolutely fan are desperately waiting for that moments but still icc showing very irresponsible behavior, anyway from some sources broadcaster force icc to mustly have indopak match in champions trophy to collect some handsome cash so I believe now icc will announced a schedule with having Indian team to played one of thier match again Pakistan in Pakistan and then rest of thier in Dubai or may be the second scenario will be to force Pakistan with huge fund to play hybrid model with an agreement to have repeat same things for them in upcoming icc events host by india like they has to played thier matches at neutral venue too against Indian in icc tournament hosted by india.Quote

Yeh I have seen Pakistan vs Zimbabwe series lineup and schedule on several PCB social media platform which just like as usual some of thier top player got dropped for upcoming vital series against top team, also it will help them to strengthen thier bench and allow top player to have mental peace and work on thier mistake and weaker zone. Well let's have a look on upcoming champion's trophy matter so the things is BCCI are Strongly holding thier stance to play his matches at neutral venue and if they got qualify for final then it gonna be played outside too while on the other hand PCB are completely against them and want to completely schedule entire champions trophy in Pakistan so things are going more worse and worse and that's why we still don't have confirm schedule.

Yeah, the tension is getting worse than expected. The BCCI presented another remodel for the matches, and the PCB clearly rejected all the models and venues suggested by the BCCI, focusing on the fact that all the matches will take place in Pakistan. I think there is nothing to worry about, if Pakistan is the host for this trophy, then why is the BCCI opposing it? I know both countries have had political tension since their independence, but politics and games are two different things, they don't need to be mixed with each other. In 2013, Pakistan hosted the Indian team, and the Indian team visited Pakistan in 2008. As I understand this, even if the tournament is played in hybrid mode, the matches even if played in the United Arab Emirates, the host will remain Pakistan and hence they will get most of the revenue shared with ICC of course. Also, this is a pure political decision because all other teams visited Pakistan and hence there should be no security concerns.

India once again has refused to come to Pakistan for Champions Trophy 2025 and it's likely that CT2025 will be moved to some other country. India in last Asia Cup also refused to come to Pakistan and tournament was played in hybrid model. I was reading on espncricinfo.com that PCB chief said that if India has any issue then they can directly talk to PCB. BCCI is most powerful board and ICC can't do anything against the wish of mighty BCCI.

Finally, the match has been called off as it started raining again and there was no match possible. Sri Lanka already have won the 2 matches and therefore they have won the series too. Unlucky for New Zealand as thy started well in this match, but the rain came in their way and and the possible victory. Pallekele weather didn't allow us to see the result of this match.
Yes, You are right the third and final match of series is ended in a draw. New Zealand batting performance is outstanding in first 21 runs scored 112 runs by just loss of single wicket. Will Young played a outclassed Inning scored a half century and remain unbeaten at 56 runs. Henry Nicholls also played a handsome inning of 46 runs from just 51 balls, he is very closed to his well deserved half century but rain stopped the match. The Player of the Series is Kusal Mendis for scoring most runs in first and second match and play an important role in series victory for Sri lanka. New Zealand team has won the toss and has opted to bat today, although they will try their best to win this match. But the weather conditions today seem to be in dire straits for New Zealand. Tim took down wicket in start of game and he made only 9 runs. But one opener Batsman Young and 3 rd Batsman Henry both showed brilliant struggle in game. Young made 56 runs in 68 balls and hitted eight 4s. Henry made 46 runs in 51 balls and hitted four 4s. Had this game been completed New Zealand team would have set a target of over 300 runs.This will the toughest target for Sri Lanka team but good thing for that they won the series and game was abandoned.

And in the Semi-Final, everybody knew what they had done, changed the pitch before some time to start the game without ICC permission and in the final match, Pat Cummins knew what was coming, that is why Pat Cummins took the picture of the pitch before the day of the final match that is why India cannot change the pitch and lost the game.
They changed the pitch without the permission of the ICC, but Pat Cummins' foresight made things favorable for his team. If they had not checked the pitch, they would never have won that World Cup.
Your childish conspiracy theories crack me up. It's been such a long time and you people still keep talking about this crap which is simply bizarre. Focus on your own team first before talking smack about other teams.Also, India lost that tournament despite a terrific run, but they didn't let that pull them down and went on to win the T20 World Cup earlier this year.
