Rather than any improvement from Netherlands, for me it was more like deterioration of standards from Zimbabwe. Despite being a full member of the ICC, Zimbabwe can't compete against other test nations in a meaningful way. And even while competing against associate nations such as Scotland and Netherlands, they are really struggling. And another fact is that they are still dependent on players such as Sean Williams, Craig Ervine, Gary Ballance and Ryan Burl, who are mostly based outside that country. Local players are not very consistent (Blessing Muzarabani, Brad Evans.etc).   
 

Maybe but I feel that's a stretch, not sure if it's possible as it goes against the basic logic of 1 country and 1 team so i'd say in the current ICC set up it's impossible.

Having said that if by any chance (Taking a wild scenario) BCCCI forms a parallel ICC or a new setup of the World cricket body then yeah, it's very much possible. But for this, we need a new ICC vs BCCI event and in a hypothetical situation, a possible friction point could be a revenue model or a big IPL window.

Netherlands is showing great improvement in last matches  they have given a tough time to Zimbabwe in recent series.
Zimbabwe on other hand has done good they have come in international cricket after many years and from that aspect their performance is good.

Zimbabwe, despite getting funding of $12 million per year from the ICC has shown no improvement in the performance. On the other hand, the Dutch are performing exceptionally despite the fact that they receive only $300,000 per year from the ICC. With a little more funding for their development program, the Netherlands would be able to get competitive against the top sides. Two days later, there is an ICC meeting to decide on the fund allocation for the next cycle. It needs to be seen whether the allocation for teams like Netherlands get increased or not.

A dramatic win by Zimbabwe. This ODI reminds me of PSL final played few days back and in both matches 4 runs were required on very last ball and in both games only 2 runs were scored. Netherlands needed 19 runs in the last over and last batting pair was on the crease. Fred Klaassen was only able to score 2 runs on last ball. Good fielding in deep extra cover as ball was racing for 4 runs. Series is  now level and the third ODI will decide who will be the winner. Zimbabwe need to perform well, there performance is very disappointing.

Netherlands almost won the game but they left short of one run. Good match played by both teams,  Netherlands and Zimbabwe both played equally good and level the series by 1-1.

What a game we had between Zimbabwe and the Netherlands. In the end, Zimbabwe won by 1 run. Netherlands needed 4 runs off the last ball that was bowled by Tendai Chatara, but Fred Klaassen could only get 2 runs. Ryan Klein desperately tried for the third run and got out. Now the series is tied 1-1 and the final match will be played on Saturday at Harare. So far the Dutch performed better than expected. They won the first match by 3 wickets and went down in the second match by a whisker. Encouraging signs for them.

For some time now I have been surprised to see the Bangladesh team's games. Bangladesh team will perform so well in almost every match it seems really surprising to me. Bangladesh players have become strong again.  are winning the matches. I am very happy to see today's match. Because I was betting in support of Bangladesh in today's match. I could not enjoy the game fully due to busyness but later I am very happy to see the score. Bangladesh team will perform so well. It is really beyond my imagination. 

This is a big achievement for Bangladesh. Perhaps this is the first time the Bangladesh team has won by 10 wickets. Ireland mustered only 101 runs. And another important thing is that the pace bowlers of Bangladesh picked up 10 wickets in this match. Earlier Bangladesh team was weak in pace bowling. In important matches, they had to rely on the spin attacks. At the same time, the top-order performance was very poor. But in this match the performance of Bangladesh's two openers and pace bowlers was excellent. It is expected that the Bangladesh team will perform well in the upcoming ODI World Cup.

Bangladesh vs Ireland.
Bangladesh could have secured the series win in the 2nd match. But with the match being abandoned due to rain, that chance was greatly reduced. Despite scoring a record run that day, the Tigers had to be content with sharing the result. Along with that, the expectation of winning the series has also increased a little. Rain created more opportunities but Ireland could not capitalize on them. Besides securing a 10-wicket winning streak today, the Tigers set a record. This is the first time in their ODI history that Bangladesh cricket team reached the goal of victory without losing any wicket. They completed Ireland's target of 102 runs without losing a wicket in 13.1 overs. Congratulations to Bangladesh cricket team, they will perform better in coming days.

Bangladesh cricket team won by a huge margin against Ireland in a low scoring match.  Ireland cricket team batted first and gave Bangladesh cricket team a target of 102 runs after losing all wickets in 28.1 overs.  Bangladesh cricket team reach the target in 13.1 overs.  The two opening batsmen of the Bangladesh team were able to achieve the target very easily.  Bangladesh team performed well both in batting and bowling.  Bangladesh opening batsman Liton Das scored 50 off 38 balls and Tamim Iqbal scored 41 off 41 balls.  And in terms of bowling Hasan-Mahmud has performed the highest.  Hasan-Mahmood managed to take five wickets for 32 runs in 8.1 overs.  Bangladesh cricket team won the series by defeating Ireland cricket team in this match today.  Congratulations to Bangladesh Cricket Team

The way you have written this post means you as a fan of the Bangladesh team were not expecting them to win. LOL! this is hilarious when I read this part"I didn't think that Bangladesh will win in so few overs. It is illogical to think Ireland is a big & strong team against Bangladesh. This match was not that big in any sense if you are new to International cricket then I would have skipped your post but as you being an active on this thread think twice before posting such shit.

Ireland played very badly and it really was almost like a T20I match i am agree with you. At least 300 runs must be scored in an ODI match.  But Ireland took only 100 runs in this case which is very sad.  On the other hand Bangladesh completed this target in just 13 overs and Bangladesh won it was an easy match for Bangladesh and it was a big opportunity for them to win the match very easily and Bangladesh did it.  Congratulations to Bangladesh for this.

Bangladesh vs Ireland today 3rd ODI match I didn't think that Bangladesh will win in so few overs. It seems that Bangladesh batsmen have played T20 match. They won by 10 wickets by 102 runs in 13.1 overs. Bangladesh batsmen Tamim Iqbal and Litton Das finished the game. I think the boller have a lot of attention behind the win of Bangladesh today. Hasan Mahmud of the boller of Bangladesh took the most wickets. He took 5 wickets with 32 runs in 8.1 overs.congratulations to Bangladesh team to win.

on that match South Africa played good like before and West Indies also played some good in the beginning and they also collect some good runs but in the last stage they fail to collect the big runs like six /4s  and in the last stage of this match The lost their all wickets. and West Indies give the target of 260 runs this target us not too small but South Africa meet this target only in 29.3 overs it was really fantastic playing by South Africa and they win this match very easily buy for wickets. and I was predict that South Africa have more chance to win this match when West Indies are batting

Bangladesh vs Ireland

When Ireland won the toss and decided to bat against Bangladesh, Ireland's batsmen were all out for 101 runs in just 28 overs. No one has been able to produce a remarkable performance for Ireland. However, Bangladesh's fast bowling unit has performed incomparably for Bangladesh. Although the team has three professional spinners, they have bowled only four overs. Whereas captain Tamim Iqbal did not feel the need to bowl Shakib Al Hasan. However, in terms of fast bowling, Hasan Mahmood took five wickets, Taskin Ahmed took three wickets, and Abadah took two wickets to keep Ireland within 101 runs. Bangladesh will go into bat with a target of 102 runs in no time.
There is no doubt that Steven Smith is one of Australia's best captains. His captaincy is really amazing. His leadership led India to lose the ODI series on home soil. Australia is a team that can play well in any country in any condition. However, there were some captaincy mistakes in the Test series against India. Had Steven Smith been the captain, the result of the match might have gone in favor of Australia.
Zimbabwe played a huge innings of 271 runs against Netherlands. 272 against Zimbabwe is a tough task for Netherlands. Netherlands came to bat against Zimbabwe with a target of 272 runs. Netherlands' collection so far 10-0 (2.2 overs) If Netherlands can get off to a good start then they will have a chance to win this match.

Australian selectors and everyone else thinking what happened to the old Australian team, we all got the answer in this series when they simply changed the captaincy and gave them to Steve Smith and with the same players they had earlier they won a Test match, then drew one and then won the ODI series. Hope the selectors would learn a lesson from the captaincy skills of Steve Smith and make him the permanent captain.

Suryakumar Yadav created a unique record, three golden ducks, not heard about a player with 3 golden ducks, how things changed in a short period for him. A match India should win easily and they simply threw away the wickets.
 

Australia is back on top before the ODI World Cup after proving themselves across all formats in recent times.

Also, I don't think Smith will remain the captain once Cummins returns because he has more experience and due to Smith's bad history. However, if Cummins doesn't return for certain reasons, then Smith will remain as the captain.

Ireland 101/10, 28.1 overs!

Wow, what a stunning display of bowling by the Bangladeshi fast bowlers! They really brought their best today. I have to say, this marks a real turning point for Bangladesh cricket. Congratulations Hasan Mahmud, for his maiden five-wicket haul. Bangladesh are in a strong position in this decider match, they now only need 102 runs to secure a 2-0 series win following three match ODI series.

Ireland chose to bat first but that didn't turn in favour of them they have already lost all wickets on 101 runs ,5 by hasan mahmud 3 by taskin .
So by seeing the target its already clear this ODI will be in Bangladesh Court because of easy chase .
