At political level, relations are frosty between India and Nepal, and as a result BCCI has refrained from helping CAN for the last 2-3 decades. On the other hand, the BCCI has extended a lot of support for the Afghan cricket board and the Afghanistan team used to play their home-matches in India. The only test nation that have supported Nepal till now is Pakistan. A few weeks ago, Mohammed Rizwan visited Nepal and met with CAN officials as well as members of the national team, on behalf of the PCB. If India pulls out of the Asia Cup, then it would be a good idea to replace them with Nepal.

ICC guys are not going to be happy if both of their blue-eyed boys (United Arab Emirates and United States of America) finish behind Nepal. If Nepal receives a fraction of the funds that are being spent on these two countries, then they would be able to perform at the same level as Ireland and Zimbabwe (if they are not already up to that level). Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) did the mistake by omitting their best player (Sandeep Lamichhane) from the squad for many months. He is the backbone of the team and now they are performing exceptionally well since he is back.

As I already explained. Asia Cup and World Cup are organized by two different entities. ICC can't intervene if India (BCCI) refuses to travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup. Because it is being organized by the ACC, and not by the ICC. But in case Pakistan refuses to participate in the ODI World Cup, then the ICC will initiate punitive actions against them.

Not going to each other country for biletral series as well as ICC event is not a wise decision because it may damage the beauty of cricket also fans from both side want such kind of trilling match from them so why should Thier government and board not think about them. If India visit Pakistan no doubt they will get huge respect and love from fans also after thier visit Pakistan will visit India too and thus beauty of cricket will reamin charm.
I think it's true that ICC can an important role in maintaining justice between the two big giant of cricket, but I don't know whose barrier stop them.

Probably the favorite UAE team in this match. The UAE team is stronger than PNG. There are several world-class batsmen in the UAE squad. But their bowlers are not experienced enough. Apart from a few batsmen, the other players in the team did not perform well. But I think UAE batsmen can play well against PNG.

Both UAE and PNG's performances against Nepal were abysmal. Nepal won by 177 runs against UAE. Nepal won by 9 wickets against PNG and reached the target in just 7.4 overs. So the current situation of the two parties is unstable. This is why the match is important for both.

All of us cricket lovers love the game of cricket. Cricket is really a great game. But ICC sometimes they start such violent rants which are unspeakable to humans. If the ICC does not listen to anyone here, it is natural that the cricket boards of other countries will not listen to the ICC. Here, Pakistan's previous enmity with India, if India does not agree to play in Pakistan, then definitely Pakistan will not agree to play with India, and this is normal. But I think the verb form should omit the violent rebellion.

If they win the match against United Arab Emirates, then they will qualify for the 2023 Cricket World Cup Qualifier. In order to qualify for the ODI World Cup, they still need to finish as one of the top 2 teams in this tournament. And it is going to be tough, as teams like West Indies and Sri Lanka are likely to be a part of the tournament. Also, there will be strong competition from various associate sides such as Scotland, Netherlands and Oman. I am not saying that it will be impossible, but Nepal really need to work hard if they want to qualify for the world cup.
