Unless there is an official statement from PCB on this situation and I won't believe this news. I did check the Twitter handle of PCB and found out they are busy with women PSL. I hope they are able to organize this league this year. If Pakistan does not play an ICC tournament then they would lose out on the million-dollar kitty that they get every year from ICC. I do not think under the present economic scenario they would be able to forgo an ICC event. Asia cup is not an ICC event it is organized and financed by the Asian cricket council.

Yeh that's valid news Pakistani government take this tough decision to not allow his team to travel to India for upcoming ODI world cup . I think government and cricket board knows better than us what's good or bad for his team. Both Nepal and the United Arab Emirates have 3 matches remaining, and out of that 2 will be played against each other. Nepal has a 3 point lead over the UAE and in case they win two of the remaining matches, then the UAE has no chance of catching up to them. But Nepal would be targeting to win all their remaining matches. It will take them to the 3rd place in points table, above Namibia. And more importantly, it would mean that for the 2023 World Cup, Nepal would go directly to the second round of qualifier tournament (2023 Cricket World Cup Qualifier). Teams that are ranked 4th to 7th need to play the first round (Qualifier Play-off).

In this tournament we are looking the Nepal team is showing its talent well and we can see its progress. In the point table I am hoping that the Nepal wil gain the third position but we can't underestimate the UAE team in some matches we saw good the UAE team. By the way we can't say anything right now because both will try well to come up.

I actually have big expectations from Nepal. A big reason for that is they are not making a team out of foreign players. They are actually playing with all the native players. And I am always going to support a team a lot more who are actually playing with native players instead of a team that is playing with foreign players in the team.

Actually, I do not mind even three or four foreign players. But when the whole team is made up of foreign players I have a problem. I honestly do not mind if UAE does end up losing its status. They are not going to improve if they keep playing with foreign players in the team anyway.

The standard of cricket and they way UAE is playing is really below average and their batting is too bad , Nepal comparatively is a better team in game and they can play good as observed in last matches.
Native players or foreign players atleast they should play and If they have a team that means they should help them to improve their game .
