Terrahash,

I know you watch this.

Be aware that many gave you the benefit of the doubt.
Do not misinterpret their silence as acceptance.
When doubt is fully eliminated - that patience transmutes into vigilance.
Do not underestimate what these individuals can do to you in court - these are the smartest people in the room.
Expect more class-action lawsuits from very dedicated and meticulous people if you don't take additional action immediately.

Thank you for your time.

The AtomSea

When the Chapter Proceeding is filed and it will be, all judgements will be stayed and placed in the creditor's line.

You can sue the Terrahash corporation purple, be granted all the judgements you can get; you can bitch and moan all you like and the moment the Proceeding is filed, you get to sit on your hands because any further attempts to enforce or collect have to stop or face the the wrath of the Court.

Wrong.  A judgement for Fraud is NOT dischargeable in bankruptcy proceedings.

Please not that I did NOT write that a judgement would be arbitraily discharged.

I DID write that execution of any and all judgments would be stayed until the findings of the court and that such judgement holders would have to stand in line.

If you doubt me, look it up!

My $.02.

In my honest opinion, there's no such life, that would depend only on money and wealth. The laws are raised by people to match collective rule of all people. If the money became a value and a good feeling, became psychic value, what is in the modern world these days for 97%, the people will start to fight and grasp for it.

It will represent the good feeling and well being for a lot of people. It allows you to afford best healing, friends, company it spreads out to a values like happiness, health, family, love. Because of the meaning of money we now measure the everything throughout money.

But the real well being is to live prosper, to not have a problems with repressive authorities, with a health problems, with accidents in life, and good understanding in family with each others and friends. The frustration of the modern world would not leave us open minded, but will stress us upon wakeup every day. Then the psychosomatic reasons will creat us the most difficult diseases, we are going to fight with other people and in this stress, we create even more problems, accidents, and hurt at the end only our self and create a history of regret. The happiness isn't somewhere out there at the end, the happiness is all the way of living. We all are seeking throughout the money the way of happiness that the modern world teaches us, but this is only the psychical perception. The only way of getting happy and be accepted is, to be what we are and in good knowledge of source what problems can cause which problem.

So Terrahash, if you're really going this way as you think it will go, godbless! If I got some point for you, this is my address, that I spend back then all of my 8.4 BTC: 1EM9x1WEoLKwDDuV4pPSPYaqBRwGaS9EVG

We, some characters are in not for a wealth and richness. In the first place, we hope.

This is not a pretty situation and I do not envy those caught up in it.

Expect them to be collecting salary during this time.... and running it till money is gone through  court or what ever happens and good luck getting money out of a company that is truly done.

Your best chance of them getting in trouble is finding the money trail.... want to take a bet their tax return going out does not include net gains from all this?   It will probley not happen.  But IRS would be most hurt that can happen as far as people involved in this.

By its own admission, Cloudhashing funded Terrahash to the tune of at least USD $80,000.00.

Has anyone asked Cloudhashing if it received a refund?

If not, someone should.

It's not funny but it's interesting to see that no matter how long this thread gets some people are still thinking something good will happen.  From the beginning people where warned but had too much pride to admit TerrTRASH was a scam.  We are investigating this even further as we speak but retribution is scarce,

Nope, it isn't scarce.. Taran will be watching his back for quite some time. The law will eventually catch up to him.

Is that you again?  I don't know if I was clear enough so I am repeating myself because you clearly do not understand.

This is not about the money.  We are past that.  He will not get off Ridley Scott-free.  Maybe Tony Scott but not Ridley Scott.

Exactly. This is my take as well, there is no reason to let this go. There are definitely pointers to a wire fraud case, considering that's a catch-all law for cases just like this.

If you were victimized by Terrahash and the company's officers then please file complaints with the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office.
The District Attorney will take action if enough Terrahash customers contact them:  http://www.sccgov.org/sites/da/prosecution/DistrictAttorneyDepartments/Pages/Consumerprotectionunit.aspx

http://www.sccgov.org/sites/da/prosecution/DistrictAttorneyDepartments/Pages/Consumerprotectionunit.aspx

The California Secretary of State's office maintains the Victims of Corporate Fraud Compensation Fund.  The fund can payout claims of up to $50,000 to each victim.   See: http://www.sos.ca.gov/vcfcf/

There's no reason to let this go.     Lets get the ball rolling.

Well this will cover my invest, but how about others who invested much more ... ? And what about non-US victims?

Forget about the money for now on this. This will help facilitate the guy will face criminal liability. Fill it out, it doesn't take long, and it will help clean up this community.

I hadn't noticed this one before, but there are plenty more people that met those at TH face to face...

Filed!
Thanks

Update:

Don't file that form Smiley I just got a call from them and they said that not much they can do.
The guy suggested that I need to contact Mountain View Police Dept. at 650-903-6395 and file a report with them.
Anyone knows if that's where TH was registered at?

Thanks

Before anyone replies to him again, perpetuating his ad nauseam uselessness, please consider using the ignore button. I did this a while ago and now i only see his 2c worth of divine wisdom when someone else quotes him. Although his last post is ripe for ridicule considering the point he's trying to force feed us, don't be tempted!
Please good people, i implore you to ignore that user, that he might finally get properly lost!

Had to laugh, I didn't see your message before I wrote my last one. I've never ignored anyone, but I simply can't take the drivel. I guess I'm losing my filter, sad day.

I just clicked ignore for the first time.  Tarandeep is neither dead nor a horse.

And IMHO, that is pretty much the way it is going to stay.

Whatever money there was is gone.

Sad

I always thought people were idiots when they put others on ignore, I tend to believe it's a weakness, as they don't have the self-control or open mindedness to listen to something they don't like, or don't agree with.

Call it a weakness, but welcome to ignore. Sorry, my friend. Unlike those that actually pretend to ignore, but don't have the self-control to actually do it, because they think they'll miss something. I can honestly say, I don't think I'll miss anything worthwhile. I've been right about TH since day one as well, but I still want to see them/him pay.

No, no one has reportedly gotten a refund from TaranHash.  The only people to get money back are Paypal customers from either Paypal or their credit card company.
