What is your response to Betcoin poker stealing 43BTC+ worth of BBJ from it's players?

Hello, we totally understand your frustration and we do think is something that should not happened. That being said, you should contact Betcoin Support directly to know what their plans are with such funds. Also please be sure that The Winning Poker Network has no part on that decisión nor funds as we didn't share their cash game action, only tournaments.

They have confirmed that they are not going to pay out the player-funded BBJ and have lied about "selling to a new owner" to try to take the heat off of them.

Knowing this (it's all on this forum if you don't believe me) and knowing that they used your platform and your name (they called themselves "WPN" many times in many promotions with no pushback from ACR/WPN) would you be willing to share some contact info on the people being Betcoin to better facilitate potential legal action players may be looking to pursue?

They use the WPN brand to push promos as they were sharing tournaments with our network. the BBJ is 100% cash games, those were never part of the WPN. Checking on their page, we found that they will distribute the jackpot by the second week of January 2018

That doesn't answer my question.  Will you share contact info with the community?  They used your software and your name to steal player's funds.

I'll start with an easy one: what do you know about "LimeStone Networks"?

We are deeply sorry about the situation you have experienced with a different operator. On this specific situation, they did not use our software nor name to steal players' funds because they used a different platform for the cash games (not WPN) and as the BBJ is collected from cash games our company nor software was ever involved.

At this moment, as they promised to distribute back the funds by mid January, I would suggest contacting Betcoin support directly

That's not true, but I feel like you are getting sidetracked here.

It’s December again, and before you know it, the ball will drop and the calendar will jump right back to January.

But before we say hello to 2018 and get ready for our biggest year yet, we want to take some time to look back at 2017

As you may already know, Betcoin will cease offering poker starting Monday, December 25th.

All their players are more than welcome to create an account with us (Americas Cardroom) as big things are happening like our $1,000,001 GTD weekly tourneys starting Jan. 7th, the Saturday Super Series (starting Jan. 6th) and so much more.

You can deposit and cash out with Bitcoin and more than 60 other cryptocurrencies, and keep enjoying the thrill of online poker with a new variety of Cash Games and the same tournament offering that Betcoin players used to have.

ACR’s MO MO MO PLO promotion runs through Sunday

We just finished the first four days of the MO MO MO PLO promotion here at Americas Cardroom and the action was fast and furious.

The promotion now has seven days remaining, ending this Sunday, December 17th. That means you only have a week left for MOre PLO Cash Games, Tournaments, and Jackpots!

Here’s a reminder on the three ways to win.

PLO Cash Games: Earn up to $100 in bonus every day by playing cash games during the four daily ‘Happy Hours’.

PLO Tournaments: We’ve added new PLO tourneys and increased guarantees of existing ones. For example, our PLO Sunday Special is increasing its guarantee from $35,000 to $50,000 this Sunday, December 17th at 2pm ET.

PLO Jackpots: Don’t miss the special $60 buy-in PLO Jackpots for up to a $150,000 prize pool.

Wow, that fee really is absurd. I hope Americas Cardroom can solve this problem soon... $16+ usd fees makes it unusable for anyone just wishing to play micro and low limits basically...

As a feedback though: I deposited with bitcoin like 2 months ago and the entire process was very intuitive and smooth. The fees back then were also pretty reasonable, i managed to deposit a small amount without having to worry about it.

so any crypto coin i deposit will cost me $16.51

it cost 5 doge max to send doge anywhere. thats less than 2 cents

you are ripping off people doing this.

I think they are using a service like Shapeshift on the fly to be able to send different altcoins (i.e. they send your requested cashout amount in BTC -> Shapeshift -> your requested altcoin withdrawal MINUS any associated fees in the conversion) I don't see many folks using other coins other than BTC if this is how they are gonna do it Smiley

If the rep. has a better explanation please let us know

if there is a $16.50 fee, I will just stop associating myself with ACR altogether

What's the latest on your altcoin acceptance?  It was supposed to be 60 more coins added in your cashier.  Is it postponed?  I never heard anything about it after the announcement.

Hello, just to make sure are you talking about Altcoin (the cryptocurrency) or Altcoins in the general term? Because we do already accept all these cryptocurrencies https://www.americascardroom.eu/cryptocurrency/

Regarding altcoins (the cryptocurrency) we are not accepting it at the moment, but we will have it soon
