Thank you for accepting wire transfers again! Should I create a new order? Or, can I use the old order for BTC that says on-hold? (I am thinking there are a lot of people in this situation)

Ok we are being flooded by emails, PMs and phone calls with people wanting to pay with wire transfer due to not having bitcoins funds available at the moment.
We are now changing back the payment options to accept again wire transfers, try again in a few minutes!

Does the order get cancelled if we do not pay in 15min? Or, can we have a few days to convert fiat to BTC and then pay?

Is it possible to pay in EUR? That would be much easier than in USD for the bank transfer.

How long do we have to get the BTC together for payment?
There will be a total of 100 units available, the first 30 units will be payable through wire transfer or local cash payment, while the remaining ones will be payable only in bitcoins.
The units that had the bank wire option have already gone in something like 2 minutes and now there's only the bitcoin payment left.

The actual batch has air cooling exactly like Avalon's unit, but if we are able to deliver the waterblocks before the shipping of the units (which I guess we will), you will be able to upgrade your existing order.

on the other hand, difficulty is soaring. Looks like an increase of 21%. If this continues, and you mine from the end of august for 1 year, you'll have about ... 54 bitcoins. The price tag might just be too high. It is only profitable when the avg difficulty increase isn't bigger then 16% (till august) and the btc/eur doesn't drop.That's true and it's actually no news, BUT many experts believe that BTC/USD might go well over $1000 if the bitcoin market keeps growing this way. Remember that the amount of new bitcoins that will be mined is progressively decreasing but the bitcoin market itself is growing, that will inevitably lead to a bump in the exchange rate.

I also do not believe this is a scam, they seem to have the right profile & connections for the job. I hope you guys can deliver as fast as promised, which is not entirely up to them alone. We'll see in august

I don't think it's a scam. With reference design available, it's not too hard to implement it. I give them 85% chance to deliver working machine in one month after Avalon chips arrive.

Due to the extremely high demand, on Monday the 3th of June at about 20:00 CET we will open the sales for batch #2 units of our Avalon clone products, along with a few very interesting news.
The Avalon clone will be available in 4 different versions:
* Basic system, that means just the control unit and case without any modules.
* The entry level, 22 GHash/s unit with 1 module, the lowest priced unit in our selection.
* The mid level, 45 GHash/s unit with 2 modules.
* The high end model with 85 GHash/s which is featuring 4 "Generation 1" modules with Avalon ASIC chips and is identical to the batch #1 units.
Also, when you will select the product you will be able to choose an option to "Supply your own Avalon ASICs". This will allow users that took part of a group buy or that bought for themselves an entire 10K batch of Avalon ASICs, to have a big discount on the units price by trading in their chips to our factory for assembly on the bought units.
Regarding timing, batch #2 will be sent out 3 weeks later than batch #1 units and, as before, they will be shipped out as "first come, first served" basis.
