What you mean with 71 day from delivery term? I was thought its 71 days from the paymant date? Anyway I send them the following letter I don't believe they will ever respond to it. You say "customer protection plan" I can't see and i dont have information that I am in some plan like this. I wrote letter in April where I kindly ask do everything is ok till now I don't have response. The sad truth for me is that this company is nothing more than cheat organisation and I really don't believe that ill have any Coincraft for them, also I think that the only way to get my money back will be needed to speak with lawyers in Monday and to take the needed actions.

You have the right for a refund after 71 days after the degreed delivery date, witch is in your case March Week 2.
So monday 10 march + 10 days late delivery = 20 march.
From 20 march the Customer Protection Plan is active. After 61 days from 20 march you can ask the refund. So in your case from about 19/20 may i quess.
Till then they have the right to deliver your miner(s).
why do everyone repeat that you have the right for refund after 71 days?

Ok enough now. i have marked the important parts in giorgios post above.
Giorgio wrote that refunds can be asked on the 71th day of delay.

either the maximum cpp of 50% is wrong or the 71th day for refund.
This will clear things up:
Day 10 = 0% compensation
Day 20 = 10% compensation
Day 30 = 20% compensation
Day 40 = 30% compensation
Day 50 = 40% compensation
Day 60 = 50% compensation
Day 70 = 60% compensation
so the logic behind that is inconsistent. after the 61th day you are eligible to ask for refund not the 71th day or the maximum cpp of 50% is wrong and it should be 60%.
It seems to me that giorgio is bending the truth to match his own reality. I really hope that i am wrong with my assumption.
