The CPP was meant to be a compromise between and acceptable risk for our customers and an acceptable risk for us. The concept is this: we could possibly delay, we understand this is a loss for you so we are compensating this loss with additional hashing power (+10% every 10 days). If we are really so much late that waiting would make no more sense for you (the famous "61 days"), then you can cancel your order, get the money back and even get a 10% free gift from us for the troubles you had. So the answer is no, after the 61st day we are not giving more than 50% of compensation because that would result in a plain loss for us, you can either wait for the 50% compensated order to be shipped or cancel the order as per above.
I'm not aware of any other Bitcoin mining equipment manufacturer in the world that offers such a good customer protection. Our primary goal is customer's satisfaction and we are working hard to achieve this.
Something that will trigger in 100% of all cases (and also for the total amount possible --->50% CPP) can't be considered risk anymore, but it should be called
deliberate.If new customers
knew in advance that the chance for total CPP is
actually 100% then I dare say that only few people would make an order.
giorgiomassa, the CPP isn't here so you can abuse it at will, and so you can chill out, and use the extra time to the full extend.
CPP should have never been triggered... Now I am 100% sure that you deliberately send every customer on this nightmarish 50% CPP trip.
(the way you talk and treat your customer, the way your business constantly runs into new problems. Makes you look like you want problems to happen so you can dance the CPP dance, instead of keeping the problems away)
... and we should be thankful for that?
I just want to make it clear to you,
that no one feels thankful or grateful for the CPP, so stop talking about customer satisfaction and good customer protection.
How can I explain this to you: Listen, I have fire insurance and car insurance and life insurance etc... and I do not EVER WISH FOR THE INSURANCE PLAN TO TRIGGER...
because it would mean that my house burned down, or my car crashed, or somebody died in the family.
HOW CAN A SANE PERSON WANT THAT?No one in their right mind has insurance and hopes that the damage will occur! How can you say that we should be happy for having this insurance, while knowing that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US will have the
damage event 100% triggered to the fullest extent?
People subscribe to insurances so they can sleep at night, but never do they
hope that the actual damage event really happens!
They'd rather just pay a fee and
stay without damage forever.
But you made sure that every single one of us got the maximum amount of damage triggered.
So really, what good is an insurer
who doesn't do everything in their power to prevent the damage event, but instead triggers it to the full extent?
Ah wait, you are NOT an insurer, and CPP is just a marketing trick. People must get this!
