My refund is now 60 days from when it was "approved" (whatever the f*ck that means...). No wire. No emails returned. They do not answer the phone. How goddamn hard is it to send a wire? I sent my wire to them back in Nov and it went through the same day.

Never delivered a miner, not even close to being on time. Stole my money.

F*ck these people, seriously. Anyone have lawsuits filed yet?

Kerim promised me yesterday they will send my refund within two days. so today is the day.
I will fill a lawsuit and go to the police for criminal complaint if i do not recieve it next week.
3 weeks overdue.

3 new winners to join my ignore list! Welcome  Cool

Buddy are you providing anything constructive to the legitimate and huge concerns of members of this forum, or are you here only to post who goes on your ignore list?

He is providing us with ignore-list informations. helpfull, i applied. the main problem is that 80% of all users and postings you can ignore, but then the thread is very empty, but also much less stressy to read about

seems that a few people are suffering from stockholm syndrom

Plus 68 euro for UPS to handle the customs clearance.

Plus 16 euro for UPS to issue -some kind of customs related- voucher.

Plus 34 euro because the parcel had to stay for more than a week at UPS warehouse
DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE of Bitmine to attach an INVOICE to the parcel.

Plus 327 euro more VAT than it should be,
because the price of the Desk is stated at the fully populated price [around $5700]
instead of the actual paid price [around $3700].

PS Have you thought of moving part of your operations a few miles, inside EU?

Bitmine  products and upgrade are very expensive , and it is not  competitive at all. Plus huge delays. About 70% of the customer got thieir machine late . For upgrades they should cut down the prices !!  No More pre order product from their future machine if any is coming !!

Why do you sound surprised? Because someone is selling hardware at a fair value?
Or because shipment is within 24 hours?

Nope to both questions. I'm surprised they actually have coindesk miners for sale.
Where do they come from?
My most conservative bet is that asic-hardware ordered a bunch of desks, got them very late like everyone else, and are now selling them at a loss. Other theories aren't pleasing.
They are units bought by CryptX for their mining project (which is 100% publically owned and currently running at 1260TH).

They also got their units with significant delay, but are now giving you the chance to buy it at a fair price.

Is CryptX trustable?
Dont want the same mess as with bitmine.

Yes, they have the hardware in-hand and ship with fedex international priority within 24hours after receipt of your payment.
They previously sold bitburner fury devices.

They are a registered company in Belgium and their address is on their website.

People outside the EU don´t need to pay VAT and if you have a VAT number from your company, you will also get it VAT free in Europe.

Remember, everything from Switzerland will need to pay additional VAT aswell.

Evil beware: We have waffles!
I am more and more concerned that Bitmine is just going to turn out, at best, incompetent fools going into bankruptcy, like HashFast, or at worst, scammers who will run away with our money. Therefore I think we should all collaborate and come up with a strategy to file a lawsuit against them. Bitmine should be made to know that IF they do not refund every person who's money they are illegally keeping then they WILL end up in jail. The best course of action for them right now is to issue all outstanding refunds. It is not a joke that they are keeping hundreds of thousands of dollars of customer's money and giving nothing in return. People have posted in this very forum about losing their apartment, or worse, getting divorced and losing custody of their child because Bitmine kept their money instead of returning as per the CPP.

The amount Bitmine owes me is not small, 12000 USD is not a joke. I will do everything in my power to make sure they pay, one way or the other. As I said, we should collaborate on this. gpufreak has already done a great job with http://www.bitminerefund.com/. We need to support that site and help out in any way possible. If need be I will travel to Switzerland to file a case with the police myself, but will ask for help for any Swiss guys here as to the procedure.
Possibly a bit OT but have you talked to the law firm handling the AMT lawsuits? Considering Bitmine is not delivering naturally AMT their 'authorized distributor for the US' for Coincraft-based miners is not delivering either. I'm sure the lawyers would love for this to get bigger.

If you work with Bitmine rather than acting like a spoiled little kid who dreams of getting rich quick have be ruined then they are very compromising.
How the hell do you work with them when they never even respond to emails? I've tried to be reasonable and for example offer a payment plan for my refund, but I haven't received any replies to my numerous emails.

Alpha-T (Scrypt) didn't delivered anything yet so they aren't LEGIT.

I know at least 5 (five) companies who actually sell ASICs for scrypt right now !

Est. January 2012
RSM (founded 2011 with the IPO in January 2012) would like to thank Bitmine, rather than opt in to waiting for four to six weeks for a USD refund for our original 2(TH/s) rig order which was due to be shipped in the fourth week of March.  They have offered us a better compensation deal due to them still being unable to ship the Rig units.  If you work with Bitmine rather than acting like a spoiled little kid who dreams of getting rich quick have be ruined then they are very compromising.  We believe that we can ROI in bitcoins plus profit well with what we are receiving and would happily work with Bitmine again.  So far we could only say that for KNC although the Alpha-T (Scrypt) update today for their July deliveries is very promising.
