Now BTC bear market is finally over (well, some would say it's up for debate but let's assume it's granted for the sake of the argument) Bitmine's team might be able to pay some of its debts.

They probably built a farm from the beginning with a part of their production (datacenter's reference: http://bitmine.ch/product/housing-coincraft-unit/) not counting all the desks they won't have to send because of refunds. They can begins to sell more of the BTC they mined for themselves so they can reimburse their creditors without being ruined.

Also, if they get more optimistic about the future of their share they can relax and stop hoarding to buy time.

That might explain the sudden influx of refunds reported those past days. Just my 2 cents.

Both my orders, #1433 and #3397, got refunded yesterday by wire. I did pay my order #3397 with btc but requested a a refund by wire transfer.

Two of those are bitcoin refunds, but they aren't from this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k
Does anyone know the transaction ids for these? Would be nice to see some proof that these refunds are real.

I don't trust in Bitmine.ch anymore.
Why shall I wait until they announcing "new products" ? When these "wonder" miners will be delivered ? Next Xmass ?? In 2020 perhaps ?
I will go forward  with the REFUND REQUEST !

regardless of not returning refunds, dripping delivery, crappy support, no answers, lies, waiting, change of tos to their advantage, missing psu's, missing cpp's, prefer petamine delivery and what else yet, I am just waiting for Bitmine announcing new products and give us the "once-in-a-lifetime chance" to upgrade our orders and refunds.

I still haven't received an acknowledgement from Bitmine of my refund request.

Two of them weren't announced for sure.
As I see, all four had refund due date on 30th April or 1st May, so they were the earliest registered there. It looks like the refunding begins.

if anybody of those guys who have recieved a refund today could tell if they was announced by bitmine?

Very annoyed my refund still hasn't been wired and it's been 50 days since I sent the paperwork. Of course this is exactly how I predicted it would go down in a past post.

They have not responded in 30 days to any emails I have sent, and I've sent at least 3-4 asking where the F my refund is.

Just finally called Bitmine via Skype for the first time, and after a few minutes of an annoying "I got the power" hold song, I spoke to "Kareem". He said my refund was green on his screen and to "wait another week and then call back if not received" LOL. I told him I don't believe a word he is saying, that people on the forums are reporting the same stock response but the refunds are never sent.

He didn't seem too concerned they were violating their terms by not sending within 30 days. He also said, "It's not a large amount so I don't see why it should be a problem" or something to that affect, implying if it was a larger amount it would be a problem. Sorry to anyone who's waiting on a large refund (+$5k).

He said he's not the one paying the refunds, and that it's the accountant. You could tell he was stressed and has been told to say whatever it takes to keep people at bay and to convince people they will receive their refunds.

I will be shocked if I ever see a wire come in from Bitmine.ch.

Bitmine.ch THIEVES return my 32 BTC! The application for refund sent 04.03.2014 it took 80 days!!!!!!!!!!

I even asked when I'll receive my refund
