What are the dimensions of the coincraft desk version (w x h x d) and what is the appr. weight?

I once asked this a long time ago and they answered 40x40x17cm, don't know if the dimwnsion are still the same or have they changed them at some point during the planning of the desk
do not know the weight

The machine I ordered, desk 1TH, is nothing wrong with.
All 5 modules are doing like supposed.

Its only that Bitmine was too enthustiastic about its product,
and advertised with 50% speed increase (turbo).

Also I was fully aware of all risks when I engaged an agreement with
pre-ordering with Bitmine. That include that hardware couldnt be delivered on time.
With engineering its ALWAYS difficult to give an exact estimation.

What I dont get is, why Bitmine doesnt fully attack this forum,
and be transparent/open about business.
They do their best to satisfy their customers,
but communication is failing hard.

Nevertheless Im still proud of my piece desk 1TH,
running above the 1TH (1.20~).

There are a lot of unsatisfied customers out here,
who fully depend on max settings.
Tip: The hardware isnt designed to run fully on max,
nice to have if possible,or do without.

Yes I still believe its a small honest company,
which doesnt deserve all the negative spreads on this forum by some members.

if a company does not follow up its own rules you can not call that honest.

In the end i got my order refunded, but why are they holding everybody's funds back if they are honest?
If they first say '30 days from the day you send in the documents', how come almost everyone who asks for a refund have to wait longer?
If a customer asks a refund and some time (couple of weeks) later received his (in the mean time worthless) miner instead, can you call that honest?

Make the count for yourself, but i guess they are not all that honest.
In my opinion, everyone should ask for a refund, these miners cost double the price of what they are worth now, extra hashing power included.

Btw, to make your 1TH/s miner sound even worse, some time before i asked a refund, i ordered for the same amount with bitmain and got 2TH for the same price, the good thing is it turned already breakeven; even before the refund from bitmine was executed.
I hope for you you get your investment out of it, but i doubt it.

Easily solved.  How difficult is it to refund BTC that they owe me?  Takes seconds to do.  No issue with banks etc. That's one of the reasons for BTC.

And yet still they don't.

A company that promises something and doesn't do that thing is acting fraudulently.  If they get onto the wrong list here in the UK (for scamming people out of thousands of dollars), then EVERY shipment they send to the UK can be stopped and held at customs. I assume the same kind of trouble can be made in other countries.

They entirely deserve the negative spin.

BITMINE IS A SCAM - THEY ARE IGNORING CUSTOMERS
DO NOT BUY FROM BITMINE - YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MINER WHEN PROMISED AND WILL NOT GET A REFUND

Maybe try to call them, thats what in the end did it for me.
After all the mails i've send; Finally i've called them by phone and Kerim took care of the refund.

"Total maximum power usage in turbo mode: 375 / 750 / 1125 / 1500 / 1875 W."
and then according to some posts they have started delivering 1000W PSU´s for 1Th units...
before it was 1300W PSU´s

Its only that Bitmine was too enthustiastic about its product,

I don't think they were tooenthusiastic. When they optimized the cihps they noticed that take away 2 chips from the boards and still be able to deliver the nominal hash rate.
As a result of taking away 2 chips they "disabled" the possibility of increasing the hashing power by 50% or even close to that.
But even if they would have had the 2 extra chips they would not with this hardware/firmware been able to deliver the miners with 50% speed increase

still I ordered 1TH, received 1TH which can be slightly overclocked.
Overclocking is nice to have, not designed for.

Some others ordered
(taken from the product description of the Coincraft Desk):
"Hashing speed in power-save mode of 150 / 300 / 450 / 600 / 750 GH/s.
Hashing speed in turbo mode up to 300 / 600 / 900 / 1200 / 1500 GH/s.
Total maximum power usage in power-save mode of 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 W.
Total maximum power usage in turbo mode: 375 / 750 / 1125 / 1500 / 1875 W."

Looks like vastly overpromised and underdelivered.
You have ordered the same and I'm truly happy that you are glad with the nominal mode working as advertized.
...unfortunately others aren't.

But the most annoying thing is the bad communication amongst delayed refunds, delayed deliveries, deliveries instead of processing refunds, etc.
There's not much of a reputation left if there ever has been one...

I would like to have both turbo-mode AND power-save mode working as advertized. The only mode that is working as advertized is nominal mode. But that was no reason to buy at Bitmine. There would have been other choices...

Yes I still believe its a small honest company,
which doesnt deserve all the negative spreads on this forum by some members.
I don't share that believe.
They could make me and other believe by starting to communicate and act properly, though.

I received e-mail from BITMINE yesterday(8 May), and been told my order is planned to be shipped within a week from yesterday(8 May).and my order status on your website is changed to "completed",2 days before 10 May(on that day I can request my refund) Cry...... I don't know what to say...
@giorgiomassa , I know maybe you still not ship my order right now because when I check on UPS with the tracking number, the shipment is still not moving in UPS network??...

I have waited so long here...now ,you reject my request a refund from you just because of the 2days...........

Now, I have to say, please do ship my order right now...Hoping I can received them next few days. ..

All my chinese business partners were watching on your company(BITMINE) from my case..a failed case ...

update:
I received  email confirmation of the shipment of my order from BITMINE, and UPS is "In Transit", it seems they already shipped..

finally, I may received the machines someday next week?...hoping everything is ok then.. is't not profit now for Mining
bitcoin, the business of that has done...but like someone said, at least, I may get my miner if everything goes well next week..

good luck everyone~~
I will come here to share if I can get the miner next week or not?or face any problems with the machines.....
I admit I failed in this investment..all my partners laugh at me ...In the first,I trust the law,the reputation in Switzerland business company,
but it's only proved it's even more worse than in China, in my Country, I can get better services, not so good, but better than BITMINE.....
I won't do any preorder in the future....good luck BITMINE.....good luck @giorgiomassa

Just got my Coincraft desk 600ghs and it has the corsair rm1000 power supply in it.  It came with a 220v europlug, but I am in the US.  I was looking through the specifications and see that the power supply supports from 100v to 240v:

Corsair RM1000 Fully Modular Power Supply
AC Input Rating   DC Output Rating
AC Input: 100V - 240V   DC Output   +3.3V   +5V   +12V   -12V   +5Vsb
Current: 13A - 6.5A   Max Load   25A   25A   83.3A   0.8A   3.0A
Frequency: 47Hz - 63Hz   Maximum Combined Wattage   150W   1000W   9.6W   15W
Total Power: 1000W

Could I just take a 110v cord from another computer and plug into a US power socket without any problems?

That should work just fine.

The "Bundesanwaltschaft" will do nothing ...

They will forward the file, for sure.

What will Bitmine (or the responsible managers) do? Finally start to move? Trying to stop the landslide? Go to exile?
They could save themselves and and their customers so much pain...
Instead of printing news on their home page regarding rigs etc. they should take the frustration of their customers serious and start solving the problems AND start communicating.
...but why do I imagine they start listening now?
