When reading all the stuff here, it's seem to be obiouse that bitmine is nearly insolvent. There is no other explanation I can think of.
Not refunding people, no answers on mail, no help on support, not delivering promised machines, and so on and so on.

All the customers get are lies, delays, if delivered machines that hold not the advertised stats...

Count one and one together. There will be nothing to expect from this company.

For me the result is, going to police and get lawyers involved. The only chance that bitmine left for their custumers. I'm done with this company, never got fucked so hard up like this.

@giorgio:
you read all this, still no reaction. what is going on? you really want people to get courts involved? This will be the end of your buisness for sure. Reputation is gone forever, future buisness will not be possible. I will tell everyone that wants to here and that not wants to hear that your are a scam company.

Thats it, I'm out, rest will do the court and police next week. Enjoy and have fun giorgio....

Of course he's reading:

But he probably thinks he's invulnerable since he personally didn't contract with anybody. Giorgio: Get advice from your lawyer. According to swiss fair trade law and the swiss penalty code, you as a private person (not your company) can be hold accountable for the disaster YOU produced. I don't get it why you don't have the balls to come out straight and tell the truth to your dear customers. If you solve this mess directly with them (and me), they might understand and it's possible to find a bearable solution for everyone. With every day that passes by, you probalby are in deeper shit. Customers are getting more angry and at a certain point they won't forgive you, they just want to see you prosecuted by LE.

They have $860k / 1935 BTC sitting here: https://blockchain.info/address/1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k

I only want the roughly 15 BTC refund I'm due.

(this message has Giorgio himself mentioning that wallet ID: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2260238)

Ok,

BitMine support told me: No, you will receive your refund at some point within 30 days from the day you sent us the refund form

April 5th + 30 days = May 5th = Monday.

Today is the last working day before Monday, so will I get my BTC refund today?

They're lying,

I should have received mine around april 18th, still waiting ...

I called you(BITMINE) on the phone today and been told I have to wait until 10 of May(next Saturday) if I want to request a refund...which means 71days+..... so disappointed, and I read the CPP again..it seems you are right:after 71 days totally I can request a refund...
but I will not change my mind..on 10 of May,I will request a refund again..
I post here because I hope someone like me will see these ,and we should fight together for our right and our money back..if I can get the machine next week does not help, considered the diff of the bitcoin...there will no profits at all..

if I have enough money,I can buy 1T machine in China  with less than a half price of the products of BITMINE immediately, pay attentions : immediately, no need to wait..., even that,it's hard  for profits...

Thanks for the update. What was your order for (rig or desk), and what was the promised delivery date?

Dear all,

finally the software update for the CoinCraft Desk Units has been released and is available, together with instructions, on the following page:

http://www.bitmine.ch/?page_id=5483

This is the changelog for this version:

*) Fixed OpenSSL heartbleed vulnerability

*) Fixed web interface issues with Apple iOS-based safari browser

*) Fixed an issue with recent generations of One-Wire temperature sensors

*) Added thermal shutdown and automatic recovery

*) Added over/down-voltage ability both with basic preset settings and advanced settings, leading to an increased hashing rate.

*) Updated cgminer to latest version 4.3.0

*) Optimized cgminer’s driver with up to 20% less CPU usage on Raspberry Pi system

*) Stepped back to diff-1 jobs so that HW errors will be detected earlier and the displayed hashing rate will be more consistent with the effective hashing rate

Enjoy!  Smiley

I'm done with these...@giorgiomassa, please reply my refund request....I emailed you(BITMINE) ,but never reply me these days.....
no one tell me when will the order and extra units ship to me...and no one reply my refund request......

Yeah, light gives you an amazing 8%...

Far away from the promised 50%...ever tried the advanced mode?

I'm so tired of bitmine, they deliver me hardware that is now physical unable to run any other than turbo mode light, and they dont answer my mails.
The promnised 50% are not reachable at all...and bitmine point of view seems to be: "Thats your problem, we just scammed you."

no Im not risking in damaging the desk.
With turbo light the PSU of 1300w is enough,
and besides the HW errors are already above 64k after 4.5 hours.

Hardware Errors=>64728

Whats your device error % ? I think some hardware errors always are there, the important thing is to have a value close to 1%-2% which is acceptable.

Is it ok for you to loose nearly 40% hashingpower? I'm not accepting it at all. Send bitmine a timeline expiring on tuesday. If they dont react, I will fill a "Betrug" at the police. I have enough of this ignorance, now driving that hard way to bring bitmine to deliver machine as the where advertised....

Has anyone with 4 modules CoinDesc tried to operate in "moderate turbo" ? I have a 1000W PSU (original by bitmine) and when selecting that mode, miner shuts down. I only can run it in "light turbo". Guess its a problem of PSU not delivering the needed power.

So bitmine does not react to my mails at all, does anyone know what PSU is needed for 800 CoinDesk workin with "turbo moderate" and "turbo advanced"?

Did anyone tried the turbo advanced mode at all? Settings, experiences, hashrate increase percantage?

Any information will be welcome, funny is that I need to collect information here in the forum beause I did not get any from the support of bitmine.

Not sure about my PSU but with two modules I get to 520 Watts on 950 Mhz @ 860mv (I think), which produces a lot of hardware errors on one module already ( the second module seems to be tougher, anyone know if I can set two different voltages/clocks?)

So for you this would add up to 1040 Watt for these settings, which are not the highest ones available. I assume that this is too much for the PSU.

2 ultra kaze FANs 3000rpm mounted to the front, on the inside.
Only the top screws used, because the holes in front doesnt match the holes in FANs.

You can put some photos to see how my desk are always working above 60 degrees Smiley
