Looks to have been about 2 hours and I just checked my mtgox account and nothing so far. I'll look again in a few hours to see if it has come through.

Hey, Ursay, any word on us fools that used the wrong mtgox number? Still nothing has appeared in my account. Thanks for all your hardwork!

I did a transfer Mtgox coupon to PayPal Friday and got an email stating the transfer details with APIResponse: {u'errorCode': u'INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS', u'paymentID': 0} and no deposit into the PayPal account yet. I've emailed the support email and have yet to hear anything about what's going on. I was going to PM you but I don't seem to be able to send PMs yet.

Order ID # or Quote ID #?

To sum it up - no refund and no money deposited still. No replies to mail/support tickets (except for correspondence from URSAY, which is pretty much useless to me. BUT i appreciate your time and effort trying to help). I feel like i'm being scammed.

We have 150 pages of issues being resolved here.  I'm not sure why you think your getting scammed.  Evidence suggests otherwise.

If you feel I am useless then I would be happy to take your issue off my plate.  I'm sure I can handle that one quickly!  Smiley

I am level 1 support.  I am training myself to be able to better answer questions like these.  For now I can only escalate your issues to level 2 support, give you a possible understanding of what happened, possibly help resolve and then push your support request up the chain.  We are not the only exchange with back log.  Some have had trouble staying online even because of this volume increase.  Thanks for your patience.  Smiley

Hello -- I've been trying to use BitInstant for the last two days now, without luck.  I am trying to do:

Cash(CVS) --> BitStamp, or
Cash(CVS) --> MtGox

I put in all my data on the transaction page and when I hit "Send Funds" it just shoots me back to a new, empty transaction page. I get no details, no deposit ticket, and I don't receive an email.  This can't be correct.

I have Java, JavaScript, and plugins all turned on.
My OS is Windows 7 and I've tried Chrome and IE.
I've also tried entering these questions into the "Contact us for support" option on the site, but have not received an answer.  It's only by luck that I found this support thread here.

Am I missing something?

I should have received 1.88BTC but only received 1.347BTC.


Last I remember you were still trying to determine if that BTC came from us or someone else.  We are looking into your issue.  If you in fact discover that this payment came from us and it is incorrect then I can open you a ticket which asks for the correct amount.  Smiley

I can't be sure as the person isn't online at this time... is it possible for you guys to check your system to see if it was you who sent? If not thats fine I suppose, I can wait.

this is the fourth time asking about my VouchX deposit...Why do I have to keep posing on this thread to get my money back and keep checking back for replies twice a day? This is how you want to TREAT ur customers?
