So, Phone app has lost BTC to USD.. Some trades not synced with Direct WEB log in.. And now trading seems not to have occurred since 4.38 am? Aside fromt he BTC to Qryptos taking more than a week so far.. Just what is this mickey mouse stuff?


The order boosk appear to be clogged with buys at 11k and sells at 18k.. Bots?

Just what is going on and why should someone keep their money in this exchange rather than any other? Are you aware of the directly consequential economic loss due to an inability to maintain the exchange?

The transaction will eventually be returned to your wallet. However, definitely not after 2 days. I once had a very low-fee transaction
stuck in the mempool for 15 days until it was returned to my wallet. I think some mining pools actually process transactions
that are unconfirmed for even longer.

Have you activated RBF for your transaction? Then you could try to double-spend it with a higher fee.
Other options are transaction accelerators. Unfortunately, at the current mempool size they don´t really work
or are ridiculously expensive.

I start to realize how important those options are, and with Quoinex I have no control over those parameters. I am afraid that having a double-spend would not solve the problem as it was a no fee transaction. Strange because I tested it few weeks back and everything works fine.

I tried to re-broadcast the hash, but seems that transaction queue is crazy these days. I found a possible solution with bitcoin core but I'm afraid it might be too technical for me.. so my only option is now to wait (I'm at day 3, feel like 15 days is an eternity).

Still waiting actually, the transaction has not been confirmed and therefore did not make it to any block for the processing.
This is a consequence of low fees (actually zero fees) applied to BTC transfer. On paper sounds great, but in reality leads to these situations.

On top, if you check this link https://blockchain.info/charts/mempool-count?timespan=30days&daysAverageString=7
you can see that there are a lot of unconfirmed transactions right now. Not sure what I can do about it except wait.

I really like them.
Prices are good.

I've done my second transfer with Quoinex, and while the first one worked fine, the second one is now stuck in the blockchain.
Is there anything that can be done?

If the only option is to wait now, after how much time does the transaction come back automatically to the exchange? Huh

It wont receive my password. It happens second time now.
They never explain what happened.

I am frustrated! Looks like Quoine is not reading the helpdesk on https://qryptos.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

1) ID #61370 . Quoine has not deposited my 0.18 bitcoin since 1 month ago and they are completely ignoring my issue!


2)ID #83857. They have cheated me about 0.25 bitcoin when I exchanged from XRP to bitcoin, the exchange rate is

During this  period, the price of XRP has shot up while BTC is stagnant but my average price is only 38% of the purchased price. what happened to the 62% ?
During that time, I was short-changed by Quoine 0.25 BTC (~$16k) or about $4,000.

So I have lost about 0.45 BTC or both deals almost $10,000 at today's rate of $20k !!

Quoine has given a helpdesk that no one is replying. What is the point ?

To me, $10k is a lot of money!!  
When do I get my money back!!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH QUOINE INDONESIA?Huh

I have made a deposit 2 weeks ago and up till now, i have not received the deposit into my account yet!
The customer service is extremely unhelpful as well. They takes very long to reply and kept repeating the same thing, asking for proof of transfer which i have already sent THREE TIMES.

THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. How can i get my money back?!!!!!!

It took a whole week for Quoine to approve my bank account and now I figured out that even my bank account is approved, Quoine is still limited the withdrawal amount as USD $15/request and each time they will charge me $5 service fee. Could you let me know if this is system issue or standard practice?

**Sorry please ignore me, it actually is the minimum withdrawal amount!
