I haven't seen him around in awhile, but I did a trade with Majormax awhile back and all went well. I believe in one of the litecoin/feathercoin trading threads he had several good public transactions, so I think that would qualify him for the trusted users list.

Great idea champbronc2, should possibly become a sticky. Could avoid a lot of headaches for some people!
Possibly add a third list for people who are suspected of scamming, but not fully proven.
