I first saw this challenge back in July and went through all the ideas that were offered by the community.
Some are really great. Based on those ideas I came up with my own solution. Of course it is not correct but I feel it would be more logical.

So, as someone already mentioned 21 teeth = 21 letters in "CombOfNatashaOtomoski".
I tried to find an answer - why 21 teeth?
As it was also mentioned before there is a thing called Univeral Numbering System used by dentists
where each tooth has a letter (only for Primary Dentition, meaning that we are talking about children teeth)

So if we would just count tooth types associated with each letter in "CombOfNatashaOtomoski"

ThereIs4Cuspids7Incisors10Molars
(or some variety of the phrase but following the same logic)
Anyway it was fun to try to solve it.

Honestly... I am a bit disappointed in seeing the "solution" to this "puzzle". It isn't really any different to something like:
Q. WhyDidTheChickenCrossTheRoad?.txt
A. BecauseItLikedCrossingRoads
As I said due the not related at all solution with a puzzle the how he got it seems to be:
- Alt Account
- Brutal Force
This is also supported by the fact that money are still on a virgin address.

Convert the Answer as a ascii into hex from google tool then take that value as a WIF PK and kudos

Solution is not an answer for puzzle question. Solution describes a method to choose a teeth count, but not why is 21.

I'm thinking about it from the creator's point of view. I would not put out another puzzle that follows the same rules. I would want the new challenge to be fresh and have new twists and turns.
So I don't think it is reasonable to expect the creator to fulfill your expectation anytime soon. We will never know.

We all be waiting for new puzzle, sure. If creator will not create the puzzle, I will decide myself to publish the solution or not depending of situation. And I think differently ... I think it is a simple element of closing the topic of this shaft. The left was removed from the wallet by the owner, and NO WAY to solve the solution does not exist and never existed, because the solution is just the same as the answer - only this connects them ... and as the second shaft is not and will not be - in public the topic is closed without information on how this could be resolved. Noble, smart and coarse ... like a question, a hint, an answer and a non-existent solution. Over and out

I've followed this thread for 7 months, and I'm glad to see it's solved. At least that proves the puzzle and prize were real!
