Damn.. I'm staking about 250 coins from day one. Got 0 pos blocks. 
This is normal fact, becouse stake from POS is a full random reward!
No matter how much was or is in your wallet. Even with a couple of coins, people received 4 blocks, that's luck!
I think because you have not downloaded the new wallet yet

The people have already dismissed the pile of shared nodes.

Yep we just implemented a wallet/daemon update that we think will fix everything (https://github.com/Stipend-Developer/stipend/commit/c86ff5a79de6d0082467315ebe9419093268c8e1). Testing it now

I did:
1. I downloaded fresh linux stippend wallet from there site
2 The nodes from the first page was added to stipend.conf
3. restart the wallet
result: It is not start to sync, and wallet show me that status is disabled.
How to fix it ?

But "Help" - "About Stipend" says version v1.0.0.0-70100.
