I am also in Europe and looking to order but from what I am reading this is taking too long

It is 100% down to the shipping method selected. EMS deliveries are happening thick and fast everywhere around the world, e.g.:

Did we all just get screwed? Order #885 in the US placed on 12/4 - last status was that it is some bagged state

Is there any way to get better viability into what is going on here?

Just checked on that ticket - there was a response on Wednesday that it was being escalated to the logistics manager, and it's in his pile of things to look at today. The two new tickets you just added to the system will likely be closed as duplicates by the support staff.

I know you received an older email with tracking info, but we now add a bit more info to it - here is the relevant bit that wasn't on yours: "Once you see the line item that says 'Insert item into bag out' you will no longer be able to track the parcel domestically, as it will have left the country. To track your parcel thereafter, please use UPU's Global Track & Trace portal, located here: http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/"

Fluffy-

I just noticed that I actually paid for International Air Mail on my order 722. I was informed when I was asking about my tracking number that my order was shipped via Surface Mail. I am a bit confused/upset just because I was hoping to have the order by now. It has been 3 weeks since it left the country and I have yet to see any update on the tracking information other than in-route. Can you confirm if the package was sent via how I paid International Air Mail, or if it was sent via Surface Mail like your employee claimed?

Same thing happened to me. See my post and fluffy's response a few pages back. I was certain that I selected an expedited shipping option on the site.

Order 743 here. Shipment was "bagged out" on Jan 10th. No update from USPS since.

The last update from tracking was from January 23rd... hopefully it's on its way to Canada.. its been a long time coming. Rigs have already been completely built and running for 1.5 months now..  will probably end up reselling lol

Mike sorry to burst your bubble but this means it left the country. Mine updated on the 13th or 14th saying the same thign but I have yet to see another update showing it has arrived in the USA. Maybe I will have it by next Black Friday lol kind of ridiculous but nothing I can do about it.

Well since I ordered I have built a couple of my own rigs and am about to receive the aluminum to work on a prototype for a new design. 

The product looks great, but the shipping time is just too much to make this a viable product for US consumers.  I'll probably have my website up and be in production before I receive my order Cheesy

Sorry - only saw this now:) Sorry that surface mail is so slooooow - you can give USPS a call and ask them if they have an ETA, they may be able to give you more info? It's definitely somewhere across the sea, presumably it just hasn't gotten to a harbour in the US yet.

Any way you can check #1222 which went to customs on the 17th?

I'm down with the flu, so not in the office today - pretty sure I saw that on yesterday's list, though, so please mail the support team and someone will check it against the hard copy. If you've mailed them already just give it a few hours, one of their KPIs is making sure all unanswered tickets are resolved by CoB every Friday;)


So a buddy of mine got out of prison a while back and he was telling me that in prison when someone gets sick it gets around easy.,

They have this thing they do to keep the flu/cold away.. At first when he told me i almost threw a tomatoe at him like get the *** outta here! lol


I finally came around and have been doing it for a year and a half or so and what do ya know! No cold or flu!!




So the gist is you take some warm water, Then you talk some salt and mix and then you squirt it or snort it up one nose and down the other nostril!



At first it feels weird but its just salt water running up one nostril and down another!



When i looked into it, it turns out that there are actaully commercial products that provide medical grade saline or salt with no impuritys!!


That said dont use salt that you eat like table salt!
