sirky, it was you that found the block, grats.

SC, do you know why my earnings decreased from 0.87...to 0.58...in an hour...

EDIT: I submitted 42k shares this round but now it's only showing I submitted 31k shares?

Earnings estimates can drop when the speed of the pool increases. As for a change in share count.... did you delete a worker? If so, re-create it. If not, I'll dig through the db.

Thanks SC for all you do!

I hope your pool grows to far larger than it was before you shut it down for a couple weeks!!

Nope, looks like we got a block! (and there is a reporting issue in the charts).

Still immature, but 12 confirmations so far. I'll get it all fixed and award the block finder his/her bonus shortly.

Fixed the stat page. seems the block is reporting the active block when the site caught the winning share. The site still splits all shares before the found block.

If you ever want exacts on the server bitcoin client, just look at the transaction log. It'll show the generation, confirms, txid, etc.

You are off by an hour I think.

Anyway, I think if we are not 136583 then we pulled an invalid.

Well that's interesting. Deepbit says they found it at 11:24 PT, SC says we found it at 11:40 PT. BlockExplorer shows this block was found at 11:40 PT: http://blockexplorer.com/block/0000000000000a2bcf5b13316d0841ebba4269f9aaaed794b371350369e5e445

Although, there is no reason to have an invalid block at 11:40 Huh

The last block before that was found over 15 min in the past. If that is the case something is REALLY wrong.

Hopefully somehow that clock was just really really wrong.

Look at block explorer:

136584   35ac219a1a...   2011-07-16 15:24:22   1   50                   0.216
136583   1d7635c503...   2011-07-16 15:24:22   61   1784.05664625   24.966

It says the block we found has 1 transaction (the generate) and we found it in 0 seconds?!!

I'm Runing 6870's for now considering the new hd6870x2 that released gonna order one see and test it out

I'm running:
main dev machine ubuntu hashkill:
1x6870@ 940 - 278mh
1x5850@900 - 330mh

headless miner ubuntu hashkill:
2x5830s@ 950 - 610mh

daughter win7 poclbm:
1x6870@ 920 - 230mh (running with sleep to not overheat)
1x5850@ 775 - 310mh

I suspect I'll get a bit more out of them once I make a "fans at 100%" profile for when I'm not around.

Try the latest version of poclbm, it upped my m/hs from 330 to 350 on my 5850 (clocked 900/300)

It's sort of a bummer that I woke up this morning and we are still at 10 GHash/s. Especially with all that SC has done for the BTC community. After all, tens of pools use the open source interface that SC developed.

Anyway, I am going to hang in there through the weekend at least, though I wish that we had 5x the hashing.

And after all, a 3 BTC bounty should make it worthwhile for some people to switch over.
