Development Update:

We have a fairly big announcement. We have been fucked by Justin, the project is dead, we will continue ripping you off by putting the rest of your investments into some shady casino business. Stay tuned for further losses.

Rem

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.... WHAAAT?

Did you really just say that Justin took your funds yet failed to show any progress? What is the news here? This has been happening ever since you guys scammed us into your goddamn ico.

Return the fucking money!; You royally fucked up in every possible way, still you are not willing to cancel the project.

CUNT!

Development Update:

...
Before we move further on that, we have decided that we will push out Rise Classic by cloning Lisk to get delegates forging and earning rewards ASAP.
....
Rem

As one of the first RISE forging delegates (check delegate hagie) and as a active delegate on the LISK network I can assure that delegate forging is working fine right now and there is no need to wait for the SDK to arrive. The latest roadmap for the lisk SDK shows 8-10 months until it arrives

This is not a "ASAP" to activate community forging.

if you want to do it, you may do it right now.

regards

Hi Hagie,

LSK delegate forging is indeed working fine right now, that is why Rise (Rise Classic, the current mainnet of Rise) will be updated with the new LSK code ASAP. Scifirem didn't say we were going to wait for the LSK SDK to arrive first. Where he said "before we move further on that" he was referring to Rise 2.0. Please note that currently Rise is not yet running on LSK's latest code changes that enable stable community forging so as soon as our new developer is brought up to speed he will get that set up for us.

To prevent any misunderstanding that flowed out of the previous post: the dev fund wasn't moved because there is any issue with the Rise wallet system. The wallets are fine. The move was to ensure the old dev team wouldn't have any access to it.

As some of you already pointed out, the safest place for the dev fund is in a wallet of which only the remaining co-founders possess the keys.

It is confirmed that the funds will be moved off of Bittrex later today. The new permanent Rise address for the fund will be announced and it obviously will be visible for everyone on the Rise rich list.

My God, first time i hear that if you want secure your coins, send it to an exchange

LOL, this it first time too, generally we think local wallet is the most safe place to store coins, but they are so different and weird. It makes my hilarious day.

Hi Cebb,

The Rise dev fund was temporarily moved to Bittrex for a security reason. The co-founders aren't planning to sell any of it. I believe the fund will be moved to a new permanent address but I will confirm with the team and let you know.

That's too funny...

When devs don't feel they can secure their own coin, they put it on an exchange!

Makes perfect sense! Smiley

Its makes a perfect sense this move makes rise secured cos they can sell it whenever they like. Dont trust rise they are in the middle of bankruptcy

Dev. Explain This.

Transfer of 9 million rise from dev account to Bittrex account!!

How exactly are you planning to sell 9 million RISE at Bittrex with only 7 BTC on bid? Are you planning to sell RISE till 1 Satoshi?

Why not transfer the RISE to a separate address for which only you have the seed. Or is the current RISE web wallet not secure?

How are we suppose to keep an eye on the exchange's top address 24/7 just to make sure that the RISE are not being sold?

Pardon my skepticism but the RISE team have not been forthcoming with whats happening behind the closed doors. You only inform us of the events after it is too late. You should be more pro-active with communications.

Also what's the timeline for Chipz ? Yea it may sound good but how far off are casino deals and actual coin release etc ?

Hi Neiq, Chipz is a brand new project for the benefit of current Rise holders. It only just begun, there's no timeline yet, a lot of details still need to be worked out but it is certain that the Chipz airdrop will take place AFTER Rise Classic mainnet has been updated and is forging rewards on Community Delegate nodes, which is the highest priority right now.

LSK is gonna finish its SDk in year, persemuably, what time is expected in RISE?

Rise Classic (which is Rise on the current mainnet) will continue to be a LSK clone, so when LSK finishes their SDK then Rise Classic will follow soon after.

Rise 2.0 will have to be built on a different chain. The idea is that Rise Classic holders, if/when Rise 2.0 is realized, receive Rise 2.0 tokens equal to their Rise Classic holdings.

does this mean, it will be a year for rise classic SDK and potentially longer for RISE 2.0 ?  or are you planning on launching RISE 2.0 sooner?  can we get a roadmap?  I think the incentive with the casino is a good one however maybe offer a better one and give people a reason to buy and hold rise?  similar to waves and the wct token?  also when is the new website launching?  thanks.

Hi Seektree,

Yes, because Rise Classic will follow LSK roadmap it will probably be by the end of the year to see a working SDK, unless LSK finishes earlier.

At this moment it's too soon to say what the timeline for Rise 2.0 will be. The new dev still needs to review what was done on it so far by the old dev team.

Priority right now is to get Rise Classic up to date ASAP so the community can start forging rewards through the Delegates system. After that the Rise Classic holders will be rewarded with a Chipz airdrop.

Because of the recent development changes as announced by Scifirem the new website that was in the works needs to be updated to the new situation and will be published once the details of the new direction are worked out.

can i set up a node and become a delegate for rise ?

Yes, you can become a Delegate for Rise.

Simply write a proposal on the official Rise forum at http://forum.rise.vision/category/14/proposals
and tell us why the community should vote for you.

You will then be added to our list of Delegate Candidates.

Once Rise Classic mainnet is updated to the latest LSK code, instructions will follow on how to set up and run the node.
