It's delayed. So far only copy/paste from LISK code. Who knows, ICO funds might have been used up already for all the development that was done (pun intended). No update even from Dev - wasn't there supposed to be daily dev updates?

also look at the comparison with LISK, any of those features promised by Rise already available?

Yep, maybe rise will shine in the future, how long, no one knows, i have to be patient.

If you're an investor, you have only two options. One is to wait until the market goes well in profit. Two is to dump at current price and exit early with slight profit/loss.
