The ICO account withdrawal system was closed a long time ago. For those few who still haven't withdrawn their Rise since last year we can send them manually after we verify account details. Thanks @enhu. Yes, your Rise is safe in the web wallet at https://wallet.rise.vision. Just make sure to keep your pass phrase in a safe place and don't lose it because without it your coins cannot be recovered.

interesting I will register , i had bad times with raise where i lost almost 0.2 BTC for wrong withdraw from my ICO account but things change.

Rise has been running a long time and not much has been achieved though. I am just waiting for their financial report wondering how much is left.

There is no guide right now, some people are testing the software in testnet, if you have Linux skills and knowledge on how to run a delegate you can join slack and ask to @mcventure to add you to the testers.

I think yes, if you have enough funds you can vote for your self. And no one knows how many funds will be needed to be on top 101. If you compare with the last Ark delegate he is forging with 0.6% approval that means 600k (if I am not wrong)

15 Rise per block, and block is every 30 seconds... at the end is same as Lisk. Lisk is 5 Lisk per block every 10 seconds.

As same as Lisk/Shift/Ark you need to hold coins and vote for your self in order to be one of the 101 delegates able to forge coins.

Remember the system will be same as Ark, not as Lisk. In Ark you have 1 vote for wallet, you will not be able to swap votes
