15 Rise per block, and block is every 30 seconds... at the end is same as Lisk. Lisk is 5 Lisk per block every 10 seconds.

As same as Lisk/Shift/Ark you need to hold coins and vote for your self in order to be one of the 101 delegates able to forge coins.

Remember the system will be same as Ark, not as Lisk. In Ark you have 1 vote for wallet, you will not be able to swap votes

Well, let's not be that hasty... results are definitely way below expectations (frankly they are ZERO) however is still to early to call it scam. There is this 2 month old report status report - http://forum.rise.vision/topic/96/rise-status-update-february-27-2017 where it's explained what is happening. Developers were fired due to poor work results and some funs and time is waisted but let's hope about good restart with new development team. Personally, I will make my final judgment by the end of 2017. It's definitely pity they didn't deliver yet, now it would be great time to get more attention.

Anyway RISE project and team .....ARISE and deliver!

And BTW just the value of raised BTC is (was) about double value of current RISE marketcap.
