It’s His choice mate and I’m sure he already buckets Bitcoin for safeties thats why he is expanding His folio with altcoin.And also he might have many holdings and this amount is spare money to invest in another altcoin that is why he is asking for a solid one.
if it was me, I would not exchange it for another altcoin. maybe the potential of bitcoin is greater, and there could be an increase in dominance like in 2019 ago. if I choose altcoin, the choice is the best coins that have the largest volume, and I choose ethereum if there are assets that I really have besides bitcoin.

Actually i am doing the same thing if i have extra money and since i have already 6 currency under my holding i am looking for one best bet for the halving effect this year,so i am checking the recommendations in this thread also.
choose between eth, xrp, or bnb is an altcoin that has a good future but buying one coin for investment has a big risk in my opinion, why don't you buy all above altcoins with same amount it reduces risk of loss
Most of the coins you list are growing thanks to Bitcoin's price increase so these old options are not recommended at this time. I think it should take time to look for new coins because these are very high potential coins and you will definitely make a big profit if there is good news. In addition, I am also investing in a number of long term coins in the top 10 but will sell when profitable.

I don't want to give an altcoin to you because at first place, it is your own money and you should be the one who will decide which coin are you willing to invest your 0.2 BTCIf I have that amount of BTC and decided to invest it on an altcoin, Ethereum will be my choice. I have watched videos on youtube regarding the incoming developments of ETH including the changing from POW to POS to lowering the inflation to decreasing the gas fees. If this will be implemented in the next years (which I know it will), I'm pretty sure that this will help the price of ETH to rise. Invest it on ETH if you don't want BTC.

Patience is the key here to become successful in trading with your investment. While some altcoins may take a little time to start their bull market yet once their bull run is done it might be impossible to see some altcoins to recover again.

He already has Bitcoin, I don't understand why he wish to invest his Bitcoins in some alt-coin. What he need to do is to keep
Bitcoins and to invest in Ethereum, in the first place, after that he can invest in other alt-coins.
When people wish to have just couple coins, than Bitcoin and Ethereum should be the right choice to make. Everything else can

Crypto investment has changed and some of the altcoins that are doing pretty good before now have poor performance.I will just advise the OP not to choose controversial and centralized altcoin which BCH, BSV, XRP, NEO, EOS falls in that classifications but altcoin like ETH, KMD, NRG, DASH, MIXIN and BNB are good for ling term investment.
At this moment it's hard to choose what only one altcoins to invest because literally they have lot's that you can pick.
But if you still holding the 0.2 bitcoin that you have and wait to fully recover the value you gain money for sure.

I think you better just hold bitcoin, but if you want to buy altcoin don't be all in at least you still have a few btc to invest. Invest in some altcoins on top of 50 coinmarketcaps. Never invest them in new projects before you do your research and believe the project is legit.
